Worries about her upbringing were proven true when upon turning ten years old Alya acquired a trainer's license, declared herself an adult, and spent the vast majority of those funds on the construction of her own personal fiefdom.

The Susuni Autonomous Region sprung up in a few short months thanks to the tireless efforts of her extraordinarily well funded armies of legal and construction personnel and soon trainers from all over the world were attracted by the shrewd inclusion of an entirely new pokemon league branch, hefty invitation bonuses, and unique and luxurious resort styled environment. Now almost one year later the Susuni Autonomous Region is a popular location for trainers seeking to make their mark, enjoy a safer and more controlled training environment, or simply make fat stacks of cash from the Susuni enhanced league rewards.
