R!ot was founded on the basic principle of “friends having fun TOGETHER”.

Basic mindset

Resistance is futile.
R!ot is a very territorial guild. As much fun as we have together, we like to keep all the fun to ourselves. Blues will always be dispatched when the time is appropriate. If someone calls out that they are being attacked, we all swarm to his defence. Plain and simple. This goes a long way in maintaining our reputation. Outsiders MUST be afraid at the very sight of R!ot players. We either win as R!ot or we don't, but we do it together.

WE are R!ot.
Since we have fun TOGETHER, we do not have room for solo players. There is a time and place for T-maps, contracts and whatever solo content you want to do. However, when the guild is doing guild activities, you are expected to partake in the fun. You are also expected to share RDA locations and invasions and things of that nature, as others will do the same for you.

Show me the money.
Since we have SO MUCH FUN TOGETHER, we also want everyone to get rich equally. This means splitting on drops. It’s no coincidence that most R!ot players are the wealthiest in UOF. More on this in the #splits section.

Why do we have SO MUCH FUCKING FUN TOGETHER? I’m glad you asked. Loyalty.
We can not stress this enough, you are either 100% R!ot or you are not R!ot. We don’t expect you to clear your friends list of all your old guild mates but they are no longer your guild mates. When you’re in this guild, we are all the people you should be playing with. The same people you can depend on and you wouldn’t second guess co-owning them to your house.This is how R!ot is intended to be.
If you’ve read up to here and don’t think “Fuck yeah I love this”, you are just not in line with our mindset and highly encouraged to seek out another guild to join. There is no shame in standing up for what you want to do in UOF or how you want to play. What would be unfortunate is if you stay and not enjoy yourself.

Basic rules:

1.    Look good. This is rule #1 for a reason.
2.    Have a rune to the guild house. This is beyond basic. All of your toons should have a rune in their rune books and a rune locked down on the floor to the guild house in your personnel house.
3.    All of your pvp/pvm toons should be guilded.
4.    PVP Toon logged in and ready to go. You have three accounts, one account should be logged in with a pvp mage (blue preferably) at the guild house ready to fight.
5.    If your character has enough magery to gate have these runes in your rune book.  Guild House, Valor Shrine, Bucs Shrine, and one random shrine.
6.    Respond to guild mates that need help. If a Riot Member is getting attacked it is everyone’s job to come to their aid. This is one reason you should have a pvp character at the guild house ready. It’s the guild members job that needs assistance to let the rest of the guild know where they are at. “I am getting attacked at dastard” doesn’t really help anyone. “I am getting attacked at Destard entrance heading west” however does.  This does not apply if you are out pking and are getting chased by 30 blues. If someone wants to come good for you, however, don’t expect everyone to drop what they are doing to come bail you out of a mess you made.
7.    Voice: Get in fricken voice. If you can't talk fine. However, you need to be able to listen at the very least.
8.    Voice: Talking about what the hell ever your sick little mind comes up with is fine. However, use some common sense, when we are raiding a champ, boss, pvp or something that requires communication shut the hell up.  You can finish your conversation after we are done.
9.    Split the bigger drops.
10.    Make sure you have updated screenshots of your character lists in  #char-screen-shot-list to avoid being removed from the guild by mistake.

Extended rules:

1.    #splits.

a.    Any drop over 1M will be split by all that helped with the drop. Rather that be pvp/pvm whatever.  This includes pretty much everything besides basic spider food.  If there is a large number of people in the split then those people will come to the GH and form smaller teams and roll for the drop.  The person that got the drop will not get in a team as they are already a winner.  They will be included in the winning team split.
b.    Any items of value that drop on the bosses corpse or on the ground will be rolled for or split by the group.  This includes: boss statues statues and eggs.
c.    Other drops on the corpse like taming ss or Medusa statues will be given to the guild leader to help stock the butler and pop booty.
d.    All drops should be offered to guildies first at a 40% discount (60% of its market value) before sold to blue losers. Just remember that if you are included in the split and acquire the item, that is the split.  Getting an item at 60% of the value is the split on that item for the person.
e.    If you show up at the very end and barely participated or just got minimum score, please opt out of the split.
f.    If you don't want to be apart of a split loot system then feel free to join shit guilds like gang who don't split shit.
g.    If you have any questions or suggestions to make this better please feel free to contact anyone with a leadership role.

2.    #Champs & RDA’s (or any guild event).

a.    The person who pops or finds an RDA will be awarded the RDA frag.
b.    Active participation!!! We want to make sure everyone understands that if you attend an RDA or any other event and the guild or one of its Leaders calls for support, whether it be pet healing, blue pking, grey guild healing etc, etc you should automatically assist with no hesitation. We don't care if you are lagging or you’re at work… if you are attending the event YOU MUST CONTRIBUTE even if this is killing pets or walling.
c.    Semi AFK at a champ is fine in moderation especially on the low levels. However you have to pay attention to wtf is going on.  When we need to bring reds, bring reds, when we need to blue pvp, blue pvp. When we need to move the spawn or pull it do it. You have to be in voice or the very least respond to guild chat.  If you are not doing these things do not expect to be included in the splits.  If you can
not commit to a champ because you are at work or what the hell else you have going on either don't do the champ or don't complain you are not cut in.  Use some common sense no one wants to put 30-40 mins into something and get the same out of it that the guy who recalled in hit a button and walked away.
d.    Multi Clienting; if you get more than 1 item at a champ the lower of the 2 items goes to the next highest score that didn't get a drop.  Only exception is if we are at a champ with only greens and no one else, but only 2 drops get called out then we don't hand out the 2nd drop to the next highest score unless he trusts that person that he didn't get another scroll.  In situations when a scroll is stolen that is on that person and will not be awarded a scroll if said person gets 2 and they were the next highest score.Higher end items get split anyway so they are irrelevant in this rule.
i.    There's no sense in any one of us having more than 1 character at any champ when the boss is up (unless there's lots of blues and we're not raiding). Keep your best score guy in there and recall the others out. You can't keep more than one drop anyways. Having only one character to look after when the boss dies will significantly increase your chances of not getting stolen from.
e.    Hotkey “add friend”.
f.    using UO Steam.  Please start using this small modification on your PvM auto attack scripts to only auto attack non-players.  This won't prevent attacking guildmate pets but will greatly reduce the chances of targeting guildies who are crim or red.

1.    #Social
a.    Unified front. Do not talk derogatory about any R!ot member outside of R!ot. Not accusing anyone of doing this. If you have a problem with someone bring it up in house do not take it outside of the guild. We maybe fucked up on the inside but as long as no one outside the guild knows it can not be used to an outsider’s advantage.
