I am privileged to felicitate Your Excellency, on behalf of the ranks and file of the Communist Party of Nepal (Marxist-Leninist) and on my own, on Your Excellency's election to the high post of the First Secretary of the Workers Party of Korea by the Fourth Conference of the WPK held on 11 April 2012 and to the high state-office of the First Chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK by the Fifth session of the 12th Supreme Peoples Assembly of the DPRK held on 13 April 2012.
We are feeling satisfied and happy that the principle and practice of by the Great President Comrade Kim IL Sung for electing successor of the revolution have been implemented and followed wisely by the leading revolutionary Comrades of the DPRK. This has assured the friends of the DPRK, the world over, that the Juche Socialist orientation of it will continue to flourish, despite the conspiracies and hurdles created by reactionaries, imperialist and war-mongers of the world.
