— PERSONALITY : a perfectionist and a health nut to the core, xiu is very serious and uptight. she doesn't ever know how to take a joke and doesn't even find them funny most of the time. she's very reserved and sometimes still has trouble talking to her close friends. she hates anything that is remotely dangerous and her idea of "living on the edge" is eating a grape at the market before buying them. without question, she is the "mom friend" of the group. she also goes by a very strict vegan diet and will literally hurt someone if they even try to make her stray from it. like a typical vegan, she begins to rattle off reasons why people shouldn't eat meat whenever her friends order meat but she mostly does it just to piss her friends off and she doesn't really care what they eat. however she does get all ranty about particular foods since she is a dietitian. whenever they all hang out together and drink, xiu treats alcohol like she'll catch on fire if she even goes near it. she is always the designated driver and HATES it. whenever they invite her to go out and drink, she always wants to say no but worry for her friends get the best of her. she is quite athletic too, having have done track and tennis in highschool. she still exercises weekly (or tries to at least). while she is working, xiu absolutely has to be the one in control. she hates it when decisions are made without her consent/opinion. thus, her not having many friends at work. to be honest, her life is kind of sad. all she does is work and sleep (maybe hanging out with her old friends a little). while all her co-workers go and party together, she lounges at home and watches the weekly dramas (because no one ever invites her to parties unless it's her old friends).

— BACKGROUND : xiu was born in changsha but didn't stay for long before she moved to seoul. only a year later, she got a younger brother named yixing. they fought the day he came out of the womb and still haven't stopped fighting. they love each other very much though. sometimes. most of her school life, she didn't make many friends since she was so shy. it wasn't until she went to high school that she met her clique. she literally didn't talk to anyone else except for them. she was still a perfectionist and got straight a's. she joined several clubs, track and tennis being the main ones. she wasn't liked by that many since she gave off a very arrogant aura. not much has changed since highschool into adulthood for her.

— PERSONALITY : much like xiu, yoongi is also very introverted. he doesn't talk much unless he's comfortable with you or egged on by people he's comfortable with. he is laidback, not having much of an agenda and just going with whatever he's feeling that day. he's very critical of things, mostly of himself, and is a perfectionist as well. he has a tendency to bottle up his emotions.

— LOVE STORY (2007) : the only reason they even talked to each other was because they had the same mutual friends. they probably would've never seen each other again after high school if it weren't for the fact that they were in the same circle of friends. to be honest, they don't even really like each other that much. they just tolerate each other for everyone else. to be honest, the only reason yoongi wasn't more open to her was because of her veganism. due to the common stereotype, he just assumed that she was psychotic and tried to have little to do with her as possible. xiu simply thought he was rude.

— LOVE STORY (2017) : they still haven't gotten much closer, perhaps even more distanced. she makes an effort to try to catch up with him and he reciprocates, since he's gotten a lot more extroverted since high school. he basically confesses the reason why he never really talked to her in high school and she doesn't know whether to laugh or be offended. she tells him that she just thought he was a giant cunt in high school. they then begin to argue which then turns into a strange friendship that has way too much sexual tension.
