  10. Our Solution
  11. This contract is for the supply of stationery and bespoke printed items and was awarded to ACS following a very competitive tendering process. Ordering is carried out in a number of different ways to suit the needs of each ordering point. AMCO’s account is configured for receiving orders via e-mail, telephone, fax or online.

  14. Bespoke Printed Stationery
  15.
  16. The stock holding and delivery of pre-printed stationery was implemented separately to stationery due to the complexities involved in this kind of service. Our printing partners Marqetspace created a bespoke website with customised templates to enable AMCO to order their own printed stationery and amend existing templates with ease. Orders are processed through the website which is routed directly to ACS for fulfilment. Stock is called off directly from the printers and delivered within 7 working days.
  17.
  18. Alongside letter heads, business cards and compliment slips ACS have supplied bespoke brochures and fliers always adhering to strict brand guidelines (see below).
  19.
  20. This contract was initially for 3 years with the option, after this period, to extend for a further 2 years. Following an initial six month trial period we received notification from AMCO that they had decided to award this agreement to ACS for the next 5 years.
  21.
  22. Paul Jacklin their dedicated Account Manager built up an outstanding relationship and a deep understanding of the requirements of AMCO during the initial 6 month period which is one of the key reasons that AMCO have extended their agreement.
