She brings up the topic from the start of the stream again, although this time with a lot more control over her emotions and beings by apologizing for today, and says that she wanted to announce her birthday, but in the end she couldn't do that. And while she still can't speak about it in detail, there is something she wants to say in advance which is that there is still this uncertainty hanging in the air which means that she might not be able to do her birthday stream on the date should the current situation persist, should it be the case that she can't do it live then the birthday will become completely recorded, since she only has the studio for her birthday, and she'll use that day to record all those live portions she would have performed, and watch the completed form with everyone at a later date. This also means that she is unsure if she'll be able to stream at all on her birthday since she'll be at the studio recording until late.
But to speak more pleasantly she says that she has asked for the help of a lot of people to make this work, as well as there being collabs with others which have already been recorded beforehand. She hopes that everyone can excitedly wait, and that some day she will make the announcement although when she can is still up in the air, might even be tomorrow and it was just today that got blocked. A reason for waiting until she can announce it in full is that she has worked so hard for this birthday that she doesn't want to compromise and stream it in an incomplete form, she wants the nousagi to see it in proper.
She continues by saying that she thinks that everyone will be pleasantly surprised by this, as in; "Oh? This kind of collab huh?", "Eh, isn't this slightly different from before?" and at the end there being; "Another something" in store for them although she doesn't give more details than that.

She also explains for a couple of days now she has had times where she felt anxious about all this and figured that she'd remain strong until at least her birthday but today she unfortunately broke, and she is sorry for that, and the reason she was unstable at the start of the stream was because she wanted to at least announce to the nousagi what it was she had in store and got the ok to do so, but despite being given that ok she was suddenly asked to remove that portion since she no longer could announce it. Which caused her a lot of unrest since it became a thought of; "Then when can I actually tell them?", leading her into not knowing what to do anymore. But she thinks that she managed to recover quite well from streaming which is common for her, it was just that the start was rough.
There was also a chance she'd be able to announce it during the stream but she also wanted to inform the nousagi of the reason she couldn't via her words since she figured that it would be easier for them to understand it, hearing it on stream rather than just writing it on Twitter which would be simple but not as direct. She rounds off by saying that management has worked hard for her sake regarding this birthday and even now are, and that tomorrow she wants to do a countdown if able, and once she knows more about the circumstances she'll tell the nousagi, if possible she wants to do it live but that might not be the case.


To end on a lighter note and emphasis a conversation that was, in my opinion, the one that brought her out of her downtrodden state and back into shape. Since after this it was smooth sailing until the shiny and 39th chain break mishap.

She begins explaining that in regards to her, which she thinks is something more people do, is that during times where she feels sad, receiving kindness is something that causes even more emotional turmoil in her even if she obviously becomes happy from being treated with kindness. Like today when she changed her title and thumbnail to remove the bit about an announcement and then wrote; "I'm sorry" in the chat, she got responses like; "It's alright", "Did something happen?", "Are you alright?" to which she thought in her head; "Please don't be so kind to me" whilst lying in bed.
A Nousagi says that it was all just business and she picks that up and asks him what he possibly means by it being just business and what do they possibly gain from doing business with her like that. A nousagi says that's because they have a business relationship after all, and she laughs and wonders if that's what their relationship has been and says that it sounds like a relationship that would leak out easily.
A nousagi continues to say they have that kind of contract and she asks where that contract was made, while another says that they have a quota to uphold and she says that surely there isn't something like that. The nousagi say that the contract was made with YAGOO of course, and she can't believe it, she never knew and does this mean that she has been deceived by their "business acts" all this time, that every kind comment has been nothing but business?
They say that's right and she says no way that's right, they've hurt her and she can no longer recover from this. And someone responds with; "That's life as well" and she responds; "Don't mess with me, I don't need that kind of life".
All she wanted is their true feelings and does this mean they've all been sitting there with an emotionless face writing; "Kusa", "Kawaii", "Okaeri" to her? Is that fun huh? A nousagi says that right now he is actually grinning slightly and she laughs at the prospect of despite calling this just business he is sitting there smiling and someone else follows up by saying that this is a workplace where you are always smiling.
