  4. GAUSS Darts: GLO Symbiote used to absorb attacks and act as Temp HP. GLO would be used as a basis for this dart formula and be concocted to be short lived and rather brittle(Perhaps using the cure in the formula). It would bond either to the user's skin, or to some part of them, and act as a symbiote, being pre-programmed to respond to threats on the person and put itself between incoming attacks and it's user, dying and flushing itself from the system of the user. This process would allow the user to gain 1d4+1 HP that acts as a buffer, being subtracted from their health before their actual health and being unable to be healed.

  8. **Effect:** GLO Symbiote used to absorb attacks and act as Temporary HP. It would give the target 1d4+1 Temporary HP that cannot be healed and can go over their max health.
  9. **Reason:** Stephen has bee interested in GLO and has been wanting to utilize it in research for some time, a using it to help him and his allies survive longer would be very interesting for him.
  10. **Process:** Stephen would work with the GLO that has been collected so far, including the unstable GLO and GLO Cure, in order to attempt to create a standalone base for GLO that can attach itself to the skin or surface of a person's body and act as a shield for them until it's death. Possible bases for this process could be Virus Templates or the like if possible. Maddy might be involved as he has experience with GLO. It would presumebly take an amount of research time to get this project off the ground.

  14. RPM Darts: Increase the capability of soldiers to handle automatic weapons and their recoil, allowing them to get more shots into their target than they normally would. For Semiautomatic Weaponry it increases their reaction speed and allows them to fire faster than they normally would be able to. For single shot weaponry it increases their reaction time to fire the moment their gun allows them to.

  16. Choose a weapon type when firing this dart. Roll a dice corresponding to the weapon type and add the result to their damage rolls for 1d4+1 rounds. Once the Buff wears off they subtract that number from their damage rolls for half the duration of the buff. This debuff /cannot/ be removed with Rebuff.

  22. Karma Darts: Improved version of the TES shot that has the capabilities to go over the Rollcap.
  23. +4 buff to one stat that can go over Rollcap with Specs or Light Weapons. This dart is special because of the duration of 1d2+1 rounds instead of 1d4+1 Rounds. This duration cannot be extended with any future EP buy or ability. Once the duration of the dart expires, the target's body is wracked with pain and they lose their next turn. In addition,on their next turn after they lose their turn from this dart, they take a -4 Penalty to the stat they improved for half the duration of the dart. (1 Round if duration was 2 rounds, 2 Rounds if Duration was 3) This Dart can only be used once per Run.

  28. Dart Pouch[Purchased]: While Dart Pouch is equipped, Stephen can hold an additional 3 darts, bringing his total to 7 darts per run.

  32. Hollow Point Rounds: Bullets used in conjunction with Called Shot in order to increase the damage caused. When a target has been hit with Bastian's Called Shot, he can target the same stat again to increase the penalty to -2.
