I've been playing RRP since RRP1s drugs were removed. I've been a police officer in RRP1 and early RRP2. Afterwards, I got into Gang RP, but becoming a police officer again on an alt, being in well known factions.

-1.Explain the term "Out Of Character" or OOC.

Out of character is when you talk normally, not talking as your character. Example: ((Ayo ben you tryna play LSRP? This game boring.))

-2.What is Character Development?
Character Development is basically developing your character, having a remarkable trait, small details included. An example would be like if your character witnessed your fathers death by corrupt law enforcement officers, growing up, you have a deep hatred for kids. Character development can effect your thinking for your character. Example, if your character has a heavy addiction to marijuana and you stop smoking it for a long time, you could RP your character having withdrawls, and rping the side effects, like having anxiety, paranoia.

Symere_Smith was born in New Bloxton in the year of 1996 to parents Lincoln Smith and Loaquanda Smith. For most of his life, he spent it living on 7th street for most of his early childhood, running around on his own. Unfortuantely, his father was terrorized tremendously by the New Bloxton Police Department due to his fathers African roots most likely, as racism was at a all time high back then in San Andreas. One day when Symere was coming back home, he heard his mother screaming "He's dead!!" He's Dead!, his father dying when Symere was only nine years old. Symere grew a large amount of hatred for law enforcement in general, having a biased opinion about them. Symere was a little crazy, getting a misdemeanor fine for standing outside of a NBPD police station, yelling "Screw the pigs!" under intoxication from alchohol. Symeres fathers murder case was dropped due to lack of evidence to convict anyone suspected in the murder of Lincoln Smith. Symeres mother Loquanda, fell into a deep depression, resorting to the use of different drugs. Symere Smith saw it all in the hood, murders, kidnappings, you name it. People went missing. Today, in 2017, Symere Smith is hustling along the streets of New Bloxton, doing odd jobs, whatever it takes to keep food in his stomach.

Metagaming is the act of using OOC info IC'ly. It is against the rules to intice someone to metagame. An example of metagaming would be Billy_Bob messaging Bob_James to come save him from the cops on Discord or teamspeak. Another example would be erading someones nametag to find out someones name, instead of IC'ly asking them. Powergaming is the act or forcing roleplay onto someone else, or doing unrealistic RP actions. An example of this could be /me knocks out billy_bob in one punch, sending him flying across the earth or /me picks up a car, throwing it into a gas station, making the entire station blowing up.

 Powergaming is the act or forcing roleplay onto someone else, or doing unrealistic RP actions. An example of this could be /me knocks out billy_bob in one punch, sending him flying across the earth or /me picks up a car, throwing it into a gas station, making the entire station blowing up.

- 6.What do you do when you are being held at gunpoint?Give a brief explanation about the actions you will take until you are safe.

When you are being held at gunpoint, you should roleplay fear for your life. You should comply with the man with the guns orders. Once the man runs away, you should be in shock for at least 5-10 seconds. If he wasnt wearing a mask, you could remember his face, killing him in the next ten minutes if you had a gun. To avoid being robbed, you should wear grubby clothes.

-7.What do you do when you hear gunshots?Or see a murder or shooting right nearby?Give a brief description on the steps you will take to get to safety.((If you aren't seen doing it IN-GAME you will be banned with no questioning.))

As mentioned before, you should roleplay fear for your life; is it really worth it, watching a cool gun shootout, or losing your life/possessions? You should act as a typical person does in real life, running away, getting to safety, especially when a block massacre occurs.
-8. What is cop fear?What do you do when you are being detained?Give a brief explanation on what you will do until you are either arrested or let go.

If you are being held in detainment, depending on your character, which is most likely a gang banger, and you are completely caught, in a police station, being interrogated, being asked questions... your character shouldn't crack easily. You should withhold information.
If they decide to arrest you for some reason, you should comply with their orders as your in a police department, filled with a lot of officers RP'ly, having cop fear.

Cop fear is having fear from police officers. If there are 2+ officers on you and it's just you and they tell you to get on the wall, alone, you have to comply with their orders.
-9. What is Rambo or Random Kill?

Ramboing is taking on a bunch of opponents that are armed by yourself, killing them. That's unrealistic. You should have a buddy or three with you. Best thing to do is run away. Random Killing is the act of killing someone without any prior roleplay between the player(s). Includes unneccessary provoking, revenge killing, which is the act of killing someone after they just killed you, and terrorism, but terrorism may be allowed with admin permission. An example of this is Billy_bob shooting multiple people without any prior rp or admin permission for terrorism, or bobby_bill shooting billy_bob because he killed him earlier.

./me grabs Glock from waist band, aiming at target. I believe you don't need a subway sandwich 12 inch roleplay for your gun roleplay.

You should carry an ak74u in your backpack, buying a shirt with a bag from the catalog (or making one) or buying a physical bag from the catalog.

-12.After a brawl or fist fight with someone, when you are terribly injured what do you do until you are assisted medical aid,up or given a painkiller?

After a fist fight, if the person runs away, depending on your injures, if it was just a simple couple jabs, you can take painkillers to revive yourself, which should be roleplayed. If you are being attacked with a knife or bat and are terribly injured, you should wait until someone attempts to aid you.

-13. What is Vehicle Deathmatch?

Vehicle deathmatch is randomly striking someone with a car purposly for no good RP reason.
-14.What is a greenzone and what can't you do in one?

Greenzones are places which the admin team has marked off where you can't commit any crime, provoking and pushing and harassment is not permitted in a greenzone since the greenzone is RP'ly watched over by security forces.

I want to be whitelisted so I can be with decent roleplayers, as the public servers are a mess. Plus, I'm in a faction.
