The Imperial II-Class Star Destroyer, "Conquistador"

Overview

The Imperial II-class Star Destroyer, "Conquistador", spans 1600 meters in length, in the penetrating spearhead shapes that Imperial Star Destroyers share. It is captained by Admiral Wendi Jiang, a woman strict enough to stand out among even the most brutal starship captains. It leads a fleet of five, including itself- one Victory II-class Star Destroyer, "Subjugator", one Lancer-class Frigate, "Admonisher", one Strike Cruiser, "Ambition", and one Interdictor-class heavy cruiser, "Stellar Web". These five ships make up Imperial Fleet 161.

Armament of the Conquistador

Like other II-class Star Destroyers, the Conquistador is brimming with guns. Over one hundred line its perimeter. 50 heavy turbolasers are its main armament, with 20 at the fore of the ship and 15 on the port and starboard sides.
Likewise, 50 regular turbolasers have the same arrangement.
Eight ion cannons sit on the dorsal hull, four on either side.
While not weapons, the ship also comes equipped with ten independent tractor beam projectors, with six at the front and two on the port and starboard sides. All of these weapons are controlled by LeGrange targeting systems.

Crew and Complement

The Conquistador is crewed efficiently and lightly, in order to make way for more troops. 5,500 crew call the ship their home-away-from-home, and perform various tasks. The current Imperial Army Trooper complement is held by the 5882nd Infantry Division, who are mostly just conscripts serving their time. They number 20,000 strong. Due to Admiral Jiang's seniority, not even they are exempt from her strict regimens.
The 331st Shock Brigade is the current Stormtrooper complement. There are 5,000 of them.
An entire flight of TIE spacecraft- 72- sits in the hangars, along with 108 pilots, trained to use both TIE fighters and bombers.
54 TIE fighters, 12 TIE bombers, and 6 TIE interceptors make up the 72 craft.
6 XG-1 Starwings act as competent fighter-bombers.
Two Skipray Blastboats sit aboard for forward scouting. The TIE pilots are also trained in the use of these.
12 AT-AT barges, each carrying their 1 AT-AT, sit aboard.
18 AT-ST barges, each carrying 2 AT-STs, sit aboard.
6 Lambda-class shuttles, 18 assault dropships, and 18 maintenence ships finish up the complement of the hangars.
In total, 152 ships sit aboard the Conquistador.
