You can freely use the account until you reach 2500 EUR of total transaction. At 1800 EUR, paypal will inform you that you’re about to reach the 2500 EUR limit but you can still use it until that sum.

After reaching 2500 EUR of total transactions paypal will ask you id documents and it will no longer be fully working like before, at this point you can throw it away and get a new one if you wish.

You can still have 24 hours (no 21 days) holds related problems if you buy it and transfer big amounts of EUR in a single transaction, don’t be a fool and let the account slowly age! We experienced a maximum of 100$ transaction without going in hold as first transaction!

You can use multiple paypal accounts, but not at the same time using a single browser. The browser have to be cleaned before using multiple paypal accounts because paypal TOS don't allow multiple paypal accounts to be held from a single individual.
