GLIBATHON 8 ANNOUNCEMENT

By some twist of fate, Jungle no Ouja Tarchan: Sekai Manyuu Dai Kakutou no Maki got into SGDQ! (my money's still on a drunk backroom deal with darkman, but we may never know) In order to help bring this incredible experience literally an amount of unsuspecting viewers, I've set up GLIBATHON 8: THE "TARCHAN SOMEHOW GOT INTO SGDQ" EDITION! An 18 hour stream where I play a bunch of different games in order to raise funds to offset the cost of SGDQ!

As I always preface these things, if you're at all worried, the success (or likely extreme lack thereof) of this marathon will not in any way, shape, or form affect my attendance; I keep plenty saved up for these types of events. I don't stream for money, I stream for the enjoyment of myself and others, but quite a large number of you are generous enough to support me during these events, so I'm eternally grateful for that.

You'll notice that I've placed the singing stream incentive from Glibathon 7 during the middle of the marathon, not sure quite EXACTLY how that's all gonna go, but I'll try and work on getting something set up for that. And SPEAKING OF INCENTIVES (brilliant segue tbh)

Here's a list of the initial incentives (more might be added if people refuse to stop giving me money)
$200 - Mario Party 3 Story Mode "Run"
$400 - Make SMAS All 5 Warpless (AKA make me play SMW)
$600 - Korosu Mario Playthrough
$800 - Turn Mario Party 3 Story Mode into HARD MODE

I'm keeping it a little light on incentives this go around. Glibathon 7 had a TON of incentives, and while I'm so grateful for all the incredible support, I definitely bit off more than I could chew. Still working on preparing and planning all of them, I likely won't get through all of them before SGDQ, so in order to not expand on that backlog TOO much, I'm only adding one majorly long single stream dumb. However, the one I am adding is one that I think will be a LOT of fun. Mario Party 3 was the one I played FAR too much of as a kid, and I've watched a couple other streamers do story mode attempts and it looks like so much fun. To add to the excitement, throughout the marathon, any money raised can also be put toward a bid war for the character I'll use! I'll try and have some graphic or something up to help keep track. The other two are pretty self-explanatory, tacking on SMW to SMAS and Korosu Mario, which many have recommended as a good option for a first kaizo light hack. More incentives might be added on, but to be completely honest I'd be shocked if I hit all of them in the first place... I guess we'll see.
