What can you bring to the staff team? *

Well I'm a pretty diverse guy. I do like to joke around but I know when to get serious. I've had good past experiences and I've never been a dickhead to the community when it comes to stuff such as this. I like to think of both sides of the situation when i comes to a conflict between players and try to make the best decision possible. I'm a transparent guy that isn't biased in the least, I try to be a leader rather then a follower and do the generic.
What are your previous staff experiences on other HCF servers? *

I've been staff on HydraPVP like a year and a half ago, then this last November I was staff on MineHQ until January 3rd. I know how the ball rolls and I'm not gonna ask questions like every time a ban or a mute needs to be sent out. I know what's right from wrong m.
Do you have any previous experiences with screen sharing? If so, explain. *

I do yes, I'm not gonna state WHAT I do but yes I know how to look for a client and I have "special ways" of finding stuff, once a client is found I don't tell them I find it until later and I do random things such as power shell to throw them off and make them think I found the client in powershell or something. If they know HOW I found their client they will just try and hide it better.
Do you work well under pressure? *

I would like to think I do, l can't work with people screaming at me trying to get there voice input, that's when I usually move them out or give them a chance to be quite so I can asses the situation and handle with what needs handled.
How often can you be online daily? *

Everyday basically, it's summer. Unless I have family things which is like once in a blue moon.
