1. General Behavior

• While engaging in debates and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, excessive profanity, insulting posts, personal attacks (including racial or sexist remarks) or purposeless inflammatory and offensive posts. Trolling or Flaming (getting into arguments with other users) is not tolerated. Essentially, use common sense in what you post anywhere on these forums. The Moderation and Administration Staff will have the final say as to what material is appropriate. We do not allow users to remove offensive posts without notice.

2. Forum Rules

• Please refrain from posting meaningless or nonsensical threads or posts. All posts should have something relevant to contribute to the thread.

• Multiple or repeated posting is not allowed, especially for the sake of merely increasing your post count. Multiple posting is only allowed when the creator of the thread/ topic has an update or other new development to post about. If you want to add more to something you already said and no one has replied yet, use the Edit button.

• Advertising is not allowed. This includes the use of forum threads, our private messaging system or email (when done through these forums). Advertising websites, forums or products (whether they were made/ created by the user or not) should not be posted on these forums UNLESS it is a website, forum or other product that relates to the topic of discussion in that thread. We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations. You are allowed to advertise a single link to your own forum or website in your forum signature. There is also a place for this to be done in your user profile as well.

• All material posted on these forums must be appropriate. Do not post any explicit sexual material (including pornography) or any other illegal material. We also do not allow posts or links to sites that are sexual in nature or violate community standards. Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.

• Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. All IP's and E-mails will be checked with each new registration. Having multiple accounts will result in the permanent banning of that user and their accounts. Accounts made with fake/ disposable emails and/or proxies will be deactivated.

• These forums are English only. If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post.

• Avatars will not be allowed to contain images with bright flashes as a health risk to those with a high tenancy for seizures, etc.

• Please do not act as backseat moderators. If you see anything on these forums that violates any of these rules, please use the report button.

• Do not steal (as in claim as own) content made by other users. This applies to any content made by users, such as images, videos, music, or games.

• Please refrain from making quote pyramids. They are annoying and stretch the page. The maximum number of quotes in a pyramid is 3.

• These are the main rules, but make sure to read and abide by the rules posted in other areas of the forum as well when posting in those areas.

• Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way. We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to our forums is privilege and not a right.

3. Signatures must follow these guidelines

*Links to other forums and websites are allowed in signatures as long as they do not contain blatant advertising (to be determined by the administration staff) and inappropriate content that violates community standards (including but not limited to content of a sexual nature).

*Signatures can contain forum-appropriate images and userbars as long as those images and userbars are not excessively large or contain bright flashes. Signatures that have large images must have those large images inserted into a spoiler. Signatures will not be allowed to contain images with bright flashes as a health risk to those with a high tenancy for seizures, etc.

* All signatures can be in your own language, but also needs to be a english version in a Spoiler.
