Minecraft SERVER Experience (in years): [ive been playing Minecraft servers for such a long time I couldn’t tell you but I’m going to say since Lifeboat came out on mcpe.]
Organization skills: [I have been a manager before and I know how to deal with staff members. I know how to hire and give staff members missions or work ethics and I usually make reminders on things too.]
What do you know about Arcev?: [I know arcev is a really good server that I think deserves more attention it has super cool features that I think might revive Minecraft itself too be honest. maybe I’m going too far but I have really high expectations for this server and I honestly think that this server will meet them.]
Achievements in MC (Started a server, part of large faction, etc): [I started a server before and I know the struggles of keeping it up (money) and getting player and I had to take it down because I’m not that ready to own a server but I can manage things about the server. I’ve been staff on some servers but I never really wanted the job because the staff were SO unprofessional but here I know they won’t be.]
Tell me about a challenge or conflict you faced, and how you dealt with it (irl or In-Game): [Well I once was a Mod on a server and a higher ranked staff member were saying very derogatory words and I was very offended. I simply told the owner how I felt and if actions weren’t taken I would quit because I want no part in it. And that staff member was FIRED.]
Are you Owner and/or staff on any other server?: [No. But I’m working on being a staff member here!]
Define Management, then add your spin, then give an example: [Well management is a lot of things. If we are talking a Minecraft server then I would say management is keeping chaos off your server and making sure your server is a playable place for other people that may want to play here. That means people like kids that are like 7 or 8. W e don’t want the the server to be not playable for minors. If I was to manage I would be on top of all of those things plus more. Because I would have to treat EVERYONE as an equal. So it’s not Staff first and players are lying. I’m not going to believe a staff member because he’s a staff member I always need proof and stuff like that.]
Can you collaborate well with other to avoid conflicts and/or solve them diplomatically? [Im fairly sure I can because I’ve done it before.]
How do you deal with stress and/or stressful situations?: [I wasn’t the best at first with dealing with stressful situations because I was new to all of that but I’ve been through some things and I can deal with a lot of stress now and I can cope with things well.]
How would the first 60 days look like if you were granted a management position?: [Well first off I would find staff members that could 100% Qualify for the job.. Not just my friends or anything just very NICE and PROFESSIONAL people.]
What do you think Arcev could do better and/or differently?: [Well I think arcev really needs to get out there and people need to spread the word because I see a lot of potential in this server.]
Initial thoughts on the server?: [Looks really good and could become the next hypixel lol for real I’m not kidding.]
Your reasons for wanting to be staff(Other than simply helping?): [I feel like I owe it to myself to be more mature and working with older people gives me that chance to do something that can simply help me later in life.]
