#PART III: The Road to ONE Championship: Iron Spirit

Of course, this being a fighting game, she has to fight, too, and Josie is no stranger to prizefighting, having already won titles in URCC, and is encouraged by her brother (who also manages her) to dream even further. Going to Thailand expanded her horizons, and soon a scout takes a liking to this volume striker. This will be the first time Josie meets Bruce Irvin, a top kickboxer currently signed with ONE Championship who has been in the world-spanning King of Iron Fist Tournament a few times.

After an enlightening sparring session (where Josie first fought [Rika Ishige](https://www.onefc.com/athletes/rika-ishige/), and then Bruce himself), Bruce offers Josie a shot at glory: he can set up a fight for a slot in ONE Women's Grand Prix, whose winner becomes the number one contender to ONE Women's Strawweight Champion Park Jung-hye. With Josie's tournament arc coinciding with her encounters with Fahkumram, it'll be a challenge to juggle her fighting career with her investigations, and at one point will be so drained that she can't train. But Josie shall persevere, and eventually, is ready to take on her first opponent: Katarina Alves. Wait no, it's actually [Stamp Fairtex](https://www.onefc.com/athletes/stamp-fairtex/), a brilliant fighter who gives Josie quite a challenge in a close 3-round fight that Josie wins by the narrowest of margins in a unanimous decision. Park Jung-hye witnesses Josie fight first-hand, and is impressed. In the locker room, Alves sees both Josie and Jung-hye and leaves a note: "Look over your shoulders."

See, Jung-hye is also a Tekken Force soldier, and has been ordered to keep tabs on the Filipina since her recruitment. This entire Women's GP is not only a way to find fighters for the KoIF, but also a ruse designed to root out any potential opposition, and with Josie gaining some level of celebrity (a model who is also a champion fighter is bound to gain press), the top brass feel that she may be emboldened to go after bigger missions and look into more far-reaching mysteries. Josie has had a feeling about this, but it's not until after a joint operation did Josie confirm her suspicions...and Jung-hye suddenly discharges to "focus on ONE and the Tournament", the perfect alibi.

#PART IV: All Coming Together

Thus begins a dangerous chase for the truth that will all come to a head during group stage of the revived and bigger King of Iron Fist Tournament.

TL;DR: Josie, against personal and external odds, becomes a key soldier in the Tekken Force, where she winds up investigating and helping Fahkumram. This will put her on a collision course with the Zaibatsu and her own mentor Bruce, all while preparing for a career-defining prizefight with Hwoarang's fiancee.
