Broly mogs. Even if the grapple lands, which i’m not convinced happens due to Broly being fast, he still has multiple win cons on top of that. I don’t buy any of the esoteric win cons being incredibly effective, at least not enough to make up the gap in physicals between these two.FJ did good with what was ultimately a losing battle, but yeah, Broly mogs.

The heat mogs, I don’t think the water is being completely vaporized in this clash so I don’t think Naruto can resist Starjuns heat output, and I think Naruto entering Starjun’s range is more likely to happen than not before he takes the series of actions he’d need to win.

Josh pretty definitively convinced me that the mountains in the Wraith feat are small and bad, that radiation is completely unable to be effective here, and that the heat vision doesn’t mog. I find Bambina’s feats to be more impressive than Wraiths with this in mind, and thus think Bambina ultimately wins.
