Rude letter to FTB Support

Wow Wanted to make It easier but seems like I'm only making your life so hard you know By paste bin all the Logs you will need and LABELING them accordingly. So one could Possibly use there Scroll wheel on there mouse and go to the one that says launcher. But that's a word that is not a log so I guess you can't bother to waste time and read labels that are spaced out. That would mean you would have to not be a lazy ass. Unless you really have no clue how to fix the problem. But for amusement lets see if you can do your job that you are assigned. Or at least pass my ticket on to someone that can read labels.
