  6. So the core just came to mind when i was walking home from school one day, i was already thinking of new cores to build around when Zoroark popped into my mind, I thought to myself "Hmm, What could Zoroark do." and then it came to me, why not use it as a lure for other pokemon. I started to look at its movepool and noticed that it has the potential to lure a few pokemon that the other team members, Metagross and Kyurem Black find hard to break while also scaring the opponent to go into what would normally counter zoroark.

  8. Ill now go a bit more in-dept on the pokemon.

  10. Zoroark

  13. Zoroark is one of the most annoying things to face out there, the mind games it creates can really mess up the opponent. The goal of this core is to scare them of going into their supposed counters, or to lure those in and then take them down. You dont even have to send it in to scare the opponent, thats how big of an affect it can have. other then that it can also set up a Nasty Plot and get a possible sweep going on VS bulkier teams. It has flamethrower to lure in Scizor and Ferrothorn for Kyurem black. Dark Pulse for its main STAB move and Focus Blast to take down Heatran and so its able to at least be able to harm Diancie, allthough the core does not struggle that much against Diancie. Expert Belt is used to try and not give away that its a Zoroark, be wary of hazards giving away your true identity though, also try to keep your pokemon at full health as this helps you trick your opponents more easily.

  15. Metagross Mega
  16.

  18. Metagross Mega is one of the pokemon that likes having a Zoroark as a Partner, Zoroark lures for Metagross and in return it takes down or scares Zoroarks counters from comming in, besides all of this its a great pokemon to use as its a huge threat in the current metagame, most people just rely on their counters too much to be bothered to get more checks for it. Meteor Mash and Zen Headbutt are nearly irreplaceable on Metagross as they provide good neutral coverage and are STAB boosted. Hammer Arm hits things like Bisharp and Ferrothorn. I decided to run Bullet Punch as this core does not like Lopunny Mega or other faster Threats like Alakazam Mega.

  21. Kyurem Black
  22.
  23. [IMG]
  24. Kyurem Black loves having Scizor and Ferrothorn removed, and guess what, with the aid of Zoroark thats entirely possible to do, in fact, it can be done with ease.
  25. Kyurem Black is not to be messed with, and the opponent knows this, so they tempt to switch into their counters immediatly, only to then get taken down by Zoroark, poor things. In other news, I decided to run a scarfed set on Kyurem Black to take down what would else be annoying, like Lopunny Mega or Alakazam Mega. Outrage gives you some nasty sweeps while Iron Head gives you the ability to take down pokemon like Diancie Mega. Fusion Bolt is to allow it to hit pokemon like Azumarill or Keldeo, or any flying/water type in general. Ice Beam is to solve the Landorus problem, also is a nice STAB option to have.

  27. Final words
  28. Well this has took some time to put together so I hope you'll enjoy using this core, I also hope that you'll have succes with it, anyway. I'm out.
