- Description: Ian was walking with his friend, who was concluding a small marijuana deal, when two black men, one of them being Price, walked up to them and started shooting. Ian was hit in the back, the bullet exiting the left side of his chest, damaging his spine, lungs, and heart on the way through. Ian was rushed to the hospital, but died shortly after.

Ian’s friend sold $35 worth of marijuana to Alleyne, who purposely dropped the $5 he gave as change, so that Washington and Price would have the advantage of surprise. When Ian & his friend ran, Alleyne shouted “Hit them n*****!” 2-2017.
