Tf2 wiki 12/6/2023 change to ToD ticket page

In regards to the australium weapons line:
1) australiums don't always drop
2) I'm not sure what consistency they're talking about? Everywhere else it is always referred to by difficulty

Additional changes:
* Slight reorder based on rarity (always drops -> rare drops)
* Robot parts always drop a minimum of 5 and it would appear up 9 but I'm not going to include the upper limit. Here's my personal sample of almost 4500 2c missions https://imgur.com/T3xkOHo Note: 1 of the items is always the item drop so 6 is actually 5 robot parts + 1 item drop and any of the 7-11 item drops may include a spec fab (if you wanted to reference this data elsewhere you will have to take that into account).
* Removed some of the info about repeating a mission because it's somewhat worded confusingly (what was that 'either' doing?) and the only practical info someone needs to know is that the ticket isn't used and they won't receive loot.
