Gaiaverse Episode 3

Archan Town, while bigger than Celanto Town, is still a small town with the biggest claim to it being the hometown of Professor Redwood, the very same individual who gave Jalen and Rhiannon their Pokemon and is waiting for them at his home.

The twins arrive in the town as Rhiannon breath in the air..
"Ahhh..Our first town...Yeah, let's stop by the PKMN Center first to heal up...oh, you wanna go to the mart afterwards to stock up? Fine with me. Let's go."

The twins head to the PKMN Center to heal their pokemons, none of which are too hurt, just refreshing them up as they get them back and leave out as they head to the Mart and stock up on potions, Pokeballs, and antidotes. Before long, they walk around and ask for the residence of Redwood's(Well, Rhiannon did...All Jalen did was stare at people who couldn't answer him back due to not...hearing him.) until Rhiannon get the answer they wanted.

"Allright, it's the house with the blue roof and red door...up north they said....Allright, follow me then."

The two teens head up to the house, while some distance away, two girls watches them head over. One of which is a red haired girl with pigtails and wearing a very expensive red jacket with diamonds placed in the arm cuffs with fur on it as well, blue jeans and crimson shoes on. The other is a blue haired girl with long hair and a black and blue jacket on her with black jeans and blue sneakers...whereas the redhair have a smirk on her face, the blue haired have a more serious look on..

"Oh man, about time we got to this place...So why are we here again, Lucina?"Lucina eyes her friend and look up at the house where the twins are heading..

"We're here Severa...cause we have to get our regional pokedexes so we can know what to expect here as well as the town maps..." Lucina crosses her arms as she go in some thought about what she seen earlier..

"Now what's bothering you? You and I were destroying those chumps back on Celanto Path with our Pokemons..."
Severa scowls and huffs. "You and I both graduated from Saffron High! Top of the class with you as the best! What do we have to worry about here?"

"You didn't see what I've saw..." Lucina mutters to herself, but loud enough for Severa to hear her speak as she continues once she see her looking at herself. "There's someone here who could be a very powerful trainer...."

Severa roll her eyes as she walk on towards the house. "Whatever, let's just go get those gadgets so we can bounce towards the first gym..."
"(That guy battled with his Chimchar and never said a word...And yet he battled with such prowess....)" Lucina breathes in and out as she walk towards the house and catch up with Severa.. "(I have to talk to him if possible....)"

With the twins, they are currently discussing the stuff that which Redwood want them to do. It seems that along with the Pokedex, the boomer wants them to take part in his researches with the rampant earthquakes that have been running in Orbtus...Rhiannon and Jalen comment that they have felt the same things as of lately, Redwood then ask them to aid him in his research and find out the reasons for these earthquakes..

"So...." Rhiannon is sitting at the table with Redwood while Jalen is leaning against the wall with his arms crossed sporting a bored expression

"Earlier you said that there would be others here...Where are they?" She look around the house as she sips her tea. "Where are they?" "They should be here any moment now..." Just as Redwood answered her, they all hear a knock on the door. Jalen walks over and open the door to come face to face with Lucina with Severa right behind her.

"......."
Lucina and Jalen stare at one another for a moment, the latter with a bored look to meet the former's piercing look...Until Severa speaks up.

"Hey! You gonna let us in or what?!?"
Jalen scowls at her before stepping to the side and allowing the two of them to walk in, Severa glares at him before whispering to Lucina.

"What's his problem?"

"Pay him no mind, I'll explain later.."

Rhiannon scowl at Severa and Lucina as they walk up and sit at the table where Redwood introduce them to the twins.

"Glad you two can make it! Rhiannon and Jalen, these are Lucina Leonhart and Severa Cromaisi!"
Before Redwood can go on, Severa speaks up with a haughty tone.

"I'm the daughter of the strongest Elite Four member Cordelia Cromaisi! You may have heard of her before..."
"Not really..."

Rhiannon earns herself a baleful glare from Severa who clears her throat before going on.
"Hmph..Well, I suppose not everyone can handle the glory of the Cromaisi name...Anyway, This here is the daughter of the champion  and the professor..."

Lucina breathes in and out as she look at Redwood with a calm look...
"I believe that you have something for us?"

"Right!" The boomer nods as he head upstairs to his room, leaving the 4 teens in the living room by themselves with Rin sitting across from the other 2 girls while Jalen is leaning against the wall with a bored look.

Severa turn around and look at him for a moment before finally speaking up.

"So...You're just gonna stand there trying to look all cool and mysterious?....Why aren't you talking?...C'mon, say something!"
"Why don't you leave him alone? It's clear that he don't wanna speak to you!"
Severa turn around and huffs as Rin frowns and adjust her jacket in the chair, Lucina glance at Jalen behind her and look up as Redwood come down and hand them their pokedexes.

"There you two go! Now then, I suppose you 4 must be off then, huh?"
Jalen nods and waste no time as he walk towards the door and out with Rin getting up to follow him out.

"Man, what the hell went up their assholes and died?!? Hopefully, we don't get to see them anymore, right Lucina?"

Lucina let out a breath of air before she gets up and bow at Redwood.
"Thank you for the Pokedex.."She soon turn towards the door and beckons Severa to follow her.

"C'mon Severa, we have to hurry."Severa raise an eyebrow as she thanks the old man and leave out with a confused look. "Why?!?" The two of them are outside the house as Lucina peer the surroundings around her and spot the twins heading towards the entrance of the Archan Tunnel...

"I have to do something..."She saids as she get to a quick jog after the twins with Severa facepalming and running after her..

"Hold!" The sound of her voice make Rin grimace as the two of them turn around and spot Lucina looking at Jalen with a hard-felt gaze in her eyes that honestly made Jalen somewhat uncomfortable, as if she knew him...or something about him.

Before anyone could speak up...Jalen decided to pause the time around him...

The color disappears around him as he open the [MENU] and select [DATA] followed by [LUCINA]. Clicking on her profile shows her class as [RIVAL]. "Huh...I suppose I will see her a lot on this journey then..." He muses to himself as he check her out some more...Chespin...Adamant, Lvl 6...Chimchar would beat her easily.

Checking over her some more, Jalen couldn't help but see something new...[LOVE METER]. "Uhhhh....sure?" He tap on it and see a big bar with a percentage next to it. Evidently, this means how much Lucina seem to favor him with a 25% at the moment...her friend Severa, which he clicked on her profile and see that she have a lvl 5 Fennekin, have him at a 12%...

Jalen raise an eyebrow at this new development before rewarping the colors back and allowing time to flow again...where Rhiannon begin to speak up with an annoyed tone.

"Urgh, what do you two want?" Lucina ignores her and stare at Jalen as she begin to speak.. "You...You have that quirk, am I right...." Jalen look at Rhiannon who's confused before he nods at her and then back at Lucina.

"...I knew it..." Lucina look down with a thoughtful look before looking back at him. " I saw your matches from earlier and was impressed to be honest...Yes, I never seen someone of your...condition to be an capable battler....No, I don't wanna battle yet.." She shakes her head "Knowing who you started with, my Chespin would be at a huge disadvantage and wouldn't be fair to him."
Lucina was about to continue before Severa catches up and point at Jalen's chest. "LISTEN HERE BUDDY! I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS, BUT CAN YOU FUCKING SPEAK TO ME!??!"

"HEY, DON'T FUCKING YELL AT MY BROTHER, YOU HEFFA!"
Rhiannon pushes her back with her hand on Severa's chest, making the latter gasp loudly.

"Did you just put your dirty commoner hands on my $4000 custom-made Gucci Jacket?!?!"
"I SURE DID, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT!??!"
"BITCH, I CHALLENGE YOU!!"

Severa pull out her pokeball and release her starter, a Fennekin that stretches her body out and yips in excitement for battle as Rin throw out her Turtwig who have the expression of a veteran who have fought in 2000 battles with a cold gaze in his eyes...
Lucina sighs and walk over to stand next to Jalen as the battle unfolds and it is quite clear to Jalen that Rhiannon will win this with no effort as he look up and see the [HP BARS] above each Pokemon as Turtwig lands a Tackle on Fennekin and then use Withdraw after taking a Tackle in retaliation .
"....Huh?" Lucina turn towards Jalen after getting tapped on her shoulder. "...Yh, Severa didn't battled anyone coming here....well, cause she felt that she didn't need to battle anyone yet when we arrived...Yh, I told her that was dumb but she can be very....stubborn, yes."

At this point, Fennekin gets tackled for the last time and is KO'ED as Severa pull her hair in anger and throw a wad of cash at Rhiannon's chest.

"Hey!"
"FUCK YOU, I WON'T FORGET THIS!!!! FUCKING BITCH!!!!!"
And she runs off after returning her Pokemon with a red face as Lucina sighs and nods at Jalen. "Well I must be going now...she gonna go heal her Pokemon at the center...which means I won't be seeing you until after the tunnel....I will add that you better get one more Pokemon..cause we gonna battle next we meet....Til then, Jalen.."

Lucina jog after her friend as Jalen walk over to Rin who is fuming..
"Stupid ass bitch..." She soon calm down after picking the wad of cash and see that it's $2300. "Holy fuck! This is nice!!! We should beat them more and more for free money Jalen!....Yh, you're right..We better get going...onward to the next town through this tunnel!"
The twins nods and make their way to the tunnel..
