/akg/ VGL19 Poll Results

* Reminder that any instances of asterisks are in here because of needing to get past Pastebin's super duper SMART filters and words/names won't be censored elsewhere.

After removing 5 responses (one didn't answer any of the verification questions, two only answered one of them, and two just put "nyo" in all fields), there were 184 responses to the poll that passed verification.

The following players have been CUT due to not receiving enough Keep votes to surpass other options:

On the subject of potential name and model changes, WA CHING WA CHING will be renamed to The Best, LappGOD will be renamed to Lapipi, La Cucaracha will keep her name, Mon3tr will now be the main part of the model for Operation Barrenwomb, and Mostima and Lemuen will replace Shining and Nightingale as the characters for Cutest Cripple. Los Montis would have been renamed to Nyo Byuffs, but she was cut from the roster.

Along with the player removals and additions, line-up and positioning has undergone a substantial change as well. Doctor and Amiya will keep their Gold medals, but all three Silver medals have been replaced. SilverAsh, Projekt Red, and Kal'tsit will all lose their medals, handing them over to Młynar, Irene, and Lappland.

Interesting notes about the poll and poll results:
 > ZERO SANITY got the most Remove votes he's ever gotten before: 5. He's still by far the most popular player, with second place once again going to Donkey with 17 Remove votes.
 > WageGOD received 153 Keep votes, giving him third place and the first Silver medal. A new WA CHING WA CHING has risen.
 > The difference between 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th place was one vote each. That is to say, Irene got 149 positive votes, Lappland 148, Emperor's Blade 147, Myrtle 146, and Ceobe 145. Very close, a couple votes being different could've seen Brapman and C as medals instead.
 > These players didn't make the roster, but if they had, Reed would've been called Dubweeeh, Horn would've been called Blonde Blaze, and Gavial would've been called I'M F*CKING INVINCIBLE.
 > Everyone who made the roster once again had more Keep/Add votes than Remove/Don't Add votes. There were five players that didn't make the roster who also had more Keep/Add votes than Remove/Don't Add votes, which were Reed, Rosmontis, Lowlight, Tola, and Specter.
 > For the last three polls in a row, HellaCHAD had just barely managed to keep his place on the roster in the 23rd spot every time. However, his luck has finally run out and he was by far the least popular player on the roster, with 131 Remove votes. doko has now filled in his spot as the 23rd player that barely managed to stay on with 103 Keep votes, just barely edging out Reed who had a total of 102 Add votes.
 > The following players received the same number of votes as each other: Operation Barrenwomb and Pedicabo Ego Vos Et Irrumabo (129/55), Nyo Byuffs and All x2 (101/83), You Seethe You Project and Tracy King of Skips (92/92), hehe pinus and INTJ (90/94), and Stool Racing Champion and I'M F*CKING INVINCIBLE (81/103).
 > The most popular new addition was surprisingly Seaborne Are Not Welcome Here, again with 149 Add votes. That specific name for her received 57 of those positive votes. Second place was Wakata with 134 Add votes.
 > The least popular potential player was Lil N*gga with only 23 Add votes. Second place was Gun Pope with 33 Add votes.
 > As usual, quite a few of the options began the poll one way but swung the other way by the end, with many of them being fairly close runs the whole time. Examples include WA CHING WA CHING and The Best being tied for a decent amount of time, Ceobe and Emperor's Blade having more positive votes than Irene and Lappland for a while (again, it was a very close race), and Shining/Nightingale keeping their Cutest Cripple status over Mostima/Lemuen until near the end.

Music Updates:
There aren't any! All of the old music was voted to remain in place, so your anthem is still Golden Age Will Return Again, your default goalhorn is still The Day is Mine, and your default victory anthem is still Radiant (Full Speed Ahead). They all won over the older and new options pretty handily, as well.

Trimmed Medal:
Option D was the most liked medal out of the seven presented, so it will be the one players will be wearing from now on.

Finally, the verification questions had the following answers:
 - The majority have determined that the Sarkaz are the worst race, with 85 people answering with some variation of "Sarkaz" or "Devils". 22 people said Aegir/Seaborne were the worst, 16 people said Kuranta, 11 people said Felines/Aslans, and 6 people said Sankta. Shout-outs to the guy who said he loves all races, the guy who said he hates all races, and the guy who said he hates all races except C E O B E.
 - 175 people correctly identified the creature as Blemishine in one way or another. Shout-outs to the 4 people that thought it was Ceobe and the 3 people that thought it was Suzuran.
 - 110 did not forget: always remember, be racist. 10 people said to be h*rny (compared to the 5 that said that last time) and 2 people said to be CEOBE (compared to the 8 that said that last time). 9 people said to be happy or tolerant. 17 people either forgot or were too big of newfags to have remembered.

The first day of VGL19 should be November 25th, and information on who /akg/ will be facing will come on November 20th after the draw.
