Ralton vs. Kirbin

It's a 2v1. I mean, yeah.

Kuroki and Todo are very clearly both faster than Skitter is, and deal in damage output that incapacitates her quickly. In order for them to not win, they would have to fight like utter idiots. A lot of the debate centered around whether or not that's something they do, and Kirbin convinced me that it isn't. Kuroki is obviously willing to kill and isn't likely to treat something like Skitter as "a weakling unworthy of my fists", nor are the instances of Todo not using Boogie Woogie relevant outside of their context.

Kirbin wins.
