Eh, what you and Squiggz do is manage the other mods as well as managers; you have the ability to be like "Hey, instead of you managing tonight, I want you to do it instead" or "we have too many mods here tonight, we only need 2 or 3, can one of you 'clock out'? And just chill in here~"
So what that regards to is the weekly deployment, I believe I said it in announcements recently but when the room is selected soon (hopefully) we will start the weekly deployment in which case you will choose who works or not that week, Now how that part works is that we dun schedule them by hours, just by showing up and doing their part; so we give them a number count and that count means they have to show up for that many days
So for example if I wanted to schedule Dallas, I would schedule him to show up 2-3 that week, however they ARE allowed call-out but only 2 times in a month since calling out is for an entire week

There is no clock system, just a number count, however you will schedule them for either morning, mid-day night shift

I think a acutally clock system would be easier to prove there working and what hours they were clock in and out for.

There's a prob with that, they can lie and not show up and still say that. If we go by number count then someone will most likely be there to watch over them
Truuust me, I wanna do clock schedules but it'd be impossible

Well, you ofcourse keep the number count
but the schedules further keep a history of how  much there in there
because they can pop in everday but only be in there for 30 mins
or you can see there in there every other day for a few hours
