During the events of the incident (See DOCID:23151 (A-2) for interim report on overall events) Agent Two (Real Name ■■■ ■■■■■) was seemingly overcome and possessed by Entity-Echo and forced to becoming a receptacle for Entity-Echo to be summoned by. Of note was the summoning circle created to summon this entity.

  57. SUBJECT: Demonic Intrusion Incident Report

  59. ACTION SUMMARY:
  60. 1. PURPOSE: Provide summary of the incident occurring on the ■■/08/20■■ at D.H.O.R.K.S. headquarters that resulted in the loss of life of 80 agents and the discovery of the existence of non-human demonic entities.

  63. a). The 'Demonic Hazard and Observation Reconnaissance Service', (DHORKS) was formed in 20■■ as a subsidiary organization of the ■.■.■ contractor agency, an independent organization that reports to O.N.I on a contractor basis as needed.
  64. b). DHORKS was formed by ■.■.■ ostensibly as an effort to relocate troublesome or undesirable personal away from ■.■.■ operations into a unremarkable group with low risk of incidents occurring
  65. c). The existence of non-human demonic entities has been assumed to be true by O.N.I but has never been verified until this incident.

  76. Initial recommendations of this author are.
  77. i) Subsume surviving elements of D.H.O.R.K.S under O.N.I command under a new organization dedicated to combating the new threat (personal note: any name is better than fking
  78. DHORKS, probably some pi ssed off ■.■.■ director who wanted to humiliate the agents, I'd recommend Demonic Combat Unit (DCOM) since that sounds cool)
  79. ii) Direct O.N.I resources into fact-finding and intelligence gathering regarding this new threat avenue.
  80. iii)Investigate defensive measures to ensure safety of O.N.I and subsidiary operations.
