  1. [7:55 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: So the MC is an old man, he's 58, but he works so hard that he ends up looking 80
  2. [7:56 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: anyways, he works his ass off, and loves his family, but they've kinda stopped caring about him significantly, so he gets a dog, who loves him like crazy.
  3. [7:57 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: Shortly after he sees a doctor, and is told that he's got stomach cancer, and just 2 months to live, tops!
  4. [7:58 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: and he feels like his family won't even miss him, it's really sad
  5. [7:59 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: So he decides not to tell them, and goes for a walk with him and his dog in the middle of the night in the park, when some aliens show up, and accidentally kill him and this high schooler next to him.

[8:03 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: who on the outside look normal, and retain all of their memories, but have superpowers. the old man can fight with his body real well, and can pulls guns outside of himself, and is able to permanently blind people. The teen can make finger guns and go "bang" "da da da" and it works like pistols, and sub machine guns

  12. [8:04 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: and they both have the power to heal anyone, they both cure thounsands of people of their cancer, and if they focus enough, they can literally bring back people from the dead

  14. [8:04 AM, 9/26/2021] Her: That's wonderful
  15. [8:06 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: Anyways, the old man saves a homeless man who was a day from both getting a job and anew apartment, and had just informed his ex wife of this, who decided that she'll give their relationship another chance
  16. [8:07 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: this makes him feel human, and he realizes that saving people makes him feel human
  17. [8:08 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: For most of the manga he feels like he doesn't care about anything, and he's just doing it to distract himself from the fact that he feels like he's turned into a monster.
  18. [8:10 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: thankfully halfway through he becomes best friends with the ex best friend of the teenager that is now a god, and he tells him that his actions make him more humane than anyone he's ever known
  19. [8:11 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: and towards the end his wife truly makes him realize it's been him all along when he's able to recall his honeymoon perfectly.
  20. [8:12 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: Anyways, the high schooler god kills someone, and realizes that he feels alive again when he kills, and ends up killing almost all of tokyo
  21. [8:13 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: At the end, the old man tracks the high schooler down, and they fight, but they can't kill each other because they're both virtually indestructable
  22. [8:15 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: however, there's this meteorite coming for earth. The US tries launching nukes at it, but it doesn't work, as it's literally the size of rhode island, it's like 3 times the size of the one that launched the ice age and killed the dinosaurs
  23. [8:17 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: So Trump(yes, the series takes place between 2015-2017 declares that he, russia, and china have all agreed that murder and rape are now legal so everyone can enjo the last few days
  24. [8:18 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: because of course he does.
  25. [8:18 AM, 9/26/2021] Her: O.o
  26. [8:19 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: Anyways, the meteorite is like a couple days from reaching earth, and the old man goes into space to try to destroy the asteroid, but he can't do squat to it.
  27. [8:20 AM, 9/26/2021] Her: Oh no
  28. [8:21 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: But then teenage god shows up, and tells old man god that there's 3 people that he care sabout left on earth, and he doesn't want them to die, and he tells the old man how to make him self destruct so he can save them.
  29. [8:22 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: the blast takes out most of the asteroid, but not enough of to save the earth
  30. [8:23 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: So the old man makes himself self destruct, and in the end both gods die to save everyone.
  31. [8:23 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: and it's very sad.
  32. [8:24 AM, 9/26/2021] Her: ends very sadly
  33. [8:27 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: but it does have sort of a bittersweet ending. Because of the old man, his family learned to appreciate their lives, and his daughter pursues her dream to write and draw manga, she submits her work to shonen jump, the most popular manga magazine in japan, and she wins this huge cash prize for being the best new manga creator of the year.

  37. [8:29 AM, 9/26/2021] EchoBaz: and yeah, i was amazing
