  1. Name: 風理 典子 / Fuuri Noriko
  2. Age: 17
  3. Gender: Female
  4. Appearance: A girl of average height and bust. Her hair is a bright, but not particularly light, blue, and her eyes match this color. They have a rather determined look, even in non-stressful situations. Her hair is cut reasonably short and somewhat roughly (she did it herself), though not so much so as to give her a boyish appearance beyond what her style of dress might; it tends toward the casual and/or cheap, with rather worn hoodies and jeans making an appearance, when she's not fighting or in uniform. In uniform. . . well, she works at a maid cafe.
  5.
  6. Current Regalia: A dress that magically replaces her clothing and a fairly simple, plain spear. It seems to be made of a series of units that are shaped somewhere between leaves and scales, slightly overlapping one another and colored blue, with white outlines. It's divided in the middle as to not restrict her motion; it also comes with black leggings, but leaves her barefoot.
  7.
  8. Background: Noriko happens to have lived with a rather unfortunate combination of her family being among the poorer ones in her home city and being diagnosed with "schizophrenia" fairly young. This resulted in a large amount of friction between her and her family, and, to make a long and somewhat depressing story short, she ended up being removed from her parents and living in orphanages and the occasional foster home (these rarely lasted long) by the time she was 12. While she was in one of these orphanages, she met Kouta, a younger boy who was in the same situation as her. Nearly the exact same, actually; they both "hallucinated" the same things about magic and demons. After a year or two of this, she decided that she'd rather deal with the struggle of trying to live on her own with Kouta than continue to go through an endless cycle of questionable government-run orphanages and succinct rejection by foster parents discovering her "illness." It's been a few years since that decision, now; she's got an apartment of her own, now, though she's had to lie about her age a bit to actually get it and her current job, which is serving at a local maid cafe.

  10. Stats:
  11.
  12. Ranged: 3. A thrown spear has a fair bit of reach, as does a non-thrown one, especially when one has wind magic to assist it or just attack with without the spear, but she doesn't have a real ability to bombard someone. Yet, anyway.
  13. Close Quarters: 5. Noriko is fast and strong, and has a reach advantage over most people trying to fight her in a melee.
  14. Mobility: 4. Once again, she's fast, and can actually jump and fly about on gusts of wind.
  15. Defense: 2. She's not made of spun glass, but her fighting style and Regalia lend themselves more to evading attacks entirely than taking them, and it shows.
  16. Excel Hyper: 0. Noriko focuses on versatility, not having one big strong attack.
  17.
  18. Requiem:
  19. Divine Winds: Noriko has ludicrously precise control over wind as well as a general sense of how the air around her moves, external to her natural ones. This allows her to manipulate a spear in a fair distance around her almost as precisely as if she were holding it in her hands, as well as having more subtle effects on her mobility.
  20. Hypers:
  21.
  22. Vasavi Shakti [3]: Noriko's spear(s) grow in size, and then crashes down on the opponent at high speed.
  23. Manavastra [4]: A high-speed dashing attack combining elements of ranged and melee assault. It creates a corridor of wind that carries Noriko forward, and her weapon can be tossed forward ahead of her without ill effects (for her, at least.)
  24. Vayvayastra [6]: A violent gust of wind pressed into razors that blows over and slices at everything in a wide cone in front of Noriko. However, this also "expends" her winds, temporarily disabling her Requiem and grounding her.
