Attacker(s): Ronald McNeil

Description: Lacie was at a college party when McNeil, a neighbor and convicted felon, showed up uninvited with some friends. One of McNeil’s friends got into an argument with another party guests over the rules of beer pong. When the argument got heated, McNeil and his friends were asked to leave. There was a brief fight as they were escorted out, with McNeil stating that he was going to “get his gun”. He showed up soon after and fired 15 shots at the house. One man was hit in the leg, and another was hit in the arm, but Lacie was struck in the neck and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
