* 2 Empty Coke cans
* 1 Full Coke can
* 22 milimeter PVC Pipe Elbow
* Double-sided Foam Tape (possibly hot-glue)
* Steel Wire Wool
* Fishing Line
* Sandpaper (80-120 Grit)
* 18 Gauge Steel Wire (1.5 mm)
* 24 Gauge Steel Wire (0.6 mm)
* Some Sort of Flywheel (Can top, Compact Disk)
* Coke or Pepsi Bottle Cap
* A Balloon
* Small Screw, Nut, and Two Washers (Must be of compatible size)

Tools:

* Can Opener
* Exacto Knife
* Scissors
* Tin Snips
* Thumb Tack
* Pliers
* Wire Cutters
* Candle
