So like I mentioned in the midweek channel, I’m reaching out to everyone to get their thoughts and opinions on a variety of things.

Before I get to the more targeted questions, is there anything you want to get off your chest about your own play, the team, the raid, the people, the game, anything?

So whenever I currently think about tuesday/wednesday raiding. I just get a majoy, ugh - feelsbad mentality. I feel like this started last week with how long SLG took and not clearing denny. Theres many factors that play into why its taking us so long to reclear this. I think the decision to change strats was 100% the call, But the play to swap comp after changing to the new strat is just setting us back. I know we want everyone to get first kills and all, get gear. But i'd rather wait our 3 weeks until the comp and strat is CLEAN then waste 5 hours on a boss we've killed before.
People are playing poorly, its probably a mentality thing of UGH not this boss again, but like is anything being done about this? Orin has messed up seeds SO many times on xymox, and i literally don't want to come in for that fight because the thought of missing one of the easiest seeds and setting our entire raid night behind urks me
I'm sure orin has been talked to, but I bet if we went in last night to xymox it wouldve happened again
Thing it all comes down to poor individual play leading to poor team play
I've died to stupid ass things over the pulls as well that I 100% shouldnt have died to, nobodies perfect. But at times some of our deaths are so WTF how are you dying to that after 400 pulls, just a feelsbad

One of the things that the officers wanted to make super clear to you is how important we think you were this tier to our progression and our success. Your performance as Ele and ability and willingness to step into a healing role has been amazing this tier and I think its something we probably should have mentioned more often.

I Appreciate that. Healing was 100% something new for me and it was first tier doing healing prog at this level. It sucked I couldnt keep up with ed/sharp because of stat prio
But just enables me to keep gear from now on that I get from heroic/mythic instead of just deleting - knowing healing is always something I can bring up

Yeah I think it was something that we missed in past tiers that we really were able to take advantage of this time around

I'm asking everyone, but do you think that you, or the team, would benefit from a week or few off? We noticed that a lot of teams took a break after killing Sire, so I'm asking everyone for their opinions on it.

I think a week or two would benefit us. I feel like this whole situation isnt the fact that people don't know the fights, its just poor preformance. Could be a good group reset for everyone. Not sure if this is a burnout issue amongst multiple players? But I would be good with a week off or two - As long as people understand the reason for it. I think if a break does take place - I think officers should enforce something on the poor preformance
