+nationalparksign __ Good example. How many times does the magic trick's methodology need to be pointed out and explained before it is grasped?!

While it is worthwhile practice to take every opportunity to point out the simple perceptual magic trick taking place - if the words to your post don't resonate with the reader then they are either too stupid to be helped or have chosen to remain indistinguishable from one of "them".

It really does seem to be an intellectual "blind-spot" for so many people. In part I think that is because they require the "answer" to be far more complicated than is actually required.
