reviewed entire SGDQ 2017 games list. Final schedule comes out April 22nd. Schedule looks decent actually. I suspect Mario Maker was declined cuz too similar to 2D Mario Relay Race (SMB1 - SMW, 4-way, with 16 runners). Here's my advised shortlist of MAYBE WATCH or better (Must Watch) for SGDQ 2017, based either on the run or the runner doing commentary for it:

14) Megaman X2 race
15) MarioKart 64 150cc All Cups (skips)
16) KH2 final Mix any% Critical Mode
17) JSRF any%
18) Freedom Planet race
19) Diddy Kong Racing
20) Dark Souls 3
21) Banjo Kazoiie 100%
22 -- All bonus games look fantastic. My only concern is if BotW Any% gets in, I worry about it getting accepted later once double or triple the tech is known a year+ from now
