- The Pokemon Puzzle League tournament everyone has been waiting for is open for signups. If you like Puzzle League, get to it! There will never be another tournament that celebrates this game's 20th anniversary. There will not be another tournament that celebrates a notable anniversary for this game for another five years. This opportunity will not come around ever again.
- As a condition for entering the tournament, players must complete at least one run of any of the categories being raced during the month of August and submit it to the leaderboard. Doing more runs and getting better times will improve your seeding and reduce your chances of being grouped with more great players in the initial group stage. At this moment, I have done a near-WR Hard run and the only V-Hard run on the board, but it is Tayman in the lead with a good Hard and a rather impressive 21 minute S-Hard. If I'm not too anxious from my job hunting, I will work towards improving my own standing this week.
