ENDLESPVP In-Game rules.

Hello, Staff & Players! This post will guide you in the right direction when it comes to EndlessPVP Server Rules.
If you have any suggestions for rule changes, please contact an Owner or Manager.


RULES:

Advertising: Advertising is where you paste an IP-Address in-game that is connectible to another server, for example if someone posted (join my shit server 0.0.0.0!) in chat that would be considered advertising as it is an attempt to attract our players to another server. If you do this you will be banned permanently for advertising.

Indirect Advertisement: Indirect Advertising is usual the slick way of advertising, by saying- ex: "Hey everyone come on EndlessPVP". Yes, this usually only works with servers that are bigger than 200-500 players, but it happens frequently so we've had to make it a rule. If you're caught indirectly advertising you will firstly be warned, and then muted by a Mod+.

Hacking: Hacking is where you are using either Illegal Modifications to your client or an actual Hacked Client, If you are caught using either of these you will be placed on a "holding ban" which is 48 hours, then the video will be reviewed by management and then decided if you will be banned permanently or unbanned. Spamming: Spamming is where you paste the same message or similar to the message you posted before 3 times in the same chat view. A staff member will give you a warning following by a temporary mute if you are caught spamming. Please do not spam our chat, our staff has better things to worry about.

Chat Flooding: Chat Flooding is similar to spamming but a bit different, flooding the chat is where you post different or multiple messages. If someone were to post "aaaaaaaaaaaa" or "1","2","3","4" without giving time before or fills up the chat with their message, it would be flooding. You'll be warned, then following the warning you will be temporarily muted.

Suspicious Links: Suspicious Links in chat are not allowed, Most of the time they are IP-Loggers or something that could potentially be a virus. The only link you should be pasting in chat is a www.opcraft.net link. Anything else you will be muted for "Non-EndlessPVP Links". Players have abused the privilege to freely paste links in chat, so this will be a rule for a while until we feel we are ready to remove it. Addiotionally, links in /f desc and anything of the sort are not allowed. The owner of a faction with a /f desc with links in it will be warned. If the owner of the faction gets more than 3 warnings due to links in their /f desc, their faction will be disbanded.

Mute Evasion: Mute Evading is where you have been muted by a staff member, then you either log onto an alternate account or use several of our server features to get staff or players attention. If you are caught, you will be temporarily IP banned for 20 minutes.

Ban Evasion: This rule only applies if you are IP-Banned or Blacklisted from the network, If you are caught ban evading you will be reIP-Banned on said account.

Staff Disrespect: Staff disrespect is quite simple. If you disrespect, or throw harsh insults towards our staff you'll be warned, followed by a 15 minute mute. Increments of 15 minutes will be added until you're up to an hour. Then you will be banned from our Network for 2 weeks.

Toxicity: If you're caught being overly toxic in-game and an overall nuisance you will be punished accordingly. You will be warned, followed by a 30 minute mute. Increments of 1 hour will be added. If a manager feels you've been overly toxic you will be permanently muted.

DDOS / Hack threats: EndlessPVP has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to DDOS / Hack threats. If you're caught making DDOS / Hack threats toward players or the server itself you will be warned, followed by a temporary mute of 15 minutes. Increments of 15 minutes will be added until you're up to an hour. Then you will be banned from our Network for 2 weeks.

Purchase Trolling: Purchase trolling is where you purchase a player a lower rank than what they already have, this only causes issues for our managers and we have to go and fix each players rank. Please do not be a troll, just go buy something for yourself! If you are caught with outstanding evidence your IP and IGN will be banned from our server store.

Leaking Personal Information: Here at EndlessPVP we take your personal information very seriously, if you are caught leaking IP Addresses, Addresses, Phone numbers, Pictures, Personal Information, or anything related you will be banned for 2 weeks. If you are a second offender you'll be banned for a month, and if you end up being a third offender you will be blacklisted from the Network.
(3 Strike Rule)

Staff Impersonation: Staff impersonation is simple and self explanatory, If you are caught impersonating a staff member, such as making your nickname "Paranormal, Divisional, Joshyy" or any other method of impersonating staff. (Yes, I know you guys are very creative, I've seen plenty of new ways to impersonate as we've added new plugins ext.)
You will be muted for 15 minutes, followed by a 30 minute mute. If you continue you will be banned from our network.
(3 Strike Rule)

Racism / Hate speech: Our server is very happy to tell you you've got the freedom of speech, all of our Owners are from Canada/U.S so we're happy to give you the privilege. Our chat is quite interesting and toxic though, so we don't want people going to the server and being racist or hateful toward our players, we want players to have the best experience possible on EndlessPVP and making people feel uncomfortable and unwanted isn't the way to go. If you're caught disrespecting and harassing a player you will be warned, followed by a temporary mute of 15 minutes. Increments of 15 minutes will be added until you're up to an hour. Then you will be banned from our Network for 2 weeks.

IRL Dealing: We've had multiple issues with scamming, ext. We now no longer allow the selling/trading of in-game items (ex: IGs, in-game cash) for items outside of EndlessPVP. If you're caught doing this you will be tempbanned for 5 days for IRL Dealing, then 30 days, then you will be permanently banned from our Network. If you would like to purchase in-game items you can visit our store at http://opcraft.net/store.

Printer Abuse: Using printer not following the conditions on our approved modifications list, which you can view here. Will result in a ban from the specific server you have abused Printer on.

Console Clients/Bots: Bots are allowed, but you must be careful in how they are used. You are allowed to use bots to AFK and join your faction for power, but using bots with malicious intent or to gain an advantage over other players is prohibited. (e.g. Spam botting, spamming server commands, dropping items, causing lag, and auto selling.)

Alt Killing: Killing alternate accounts to boost your in-game statistics will result in a 2 week ban from the network.

Auto Cannons: Using auto cannons on any of the EndlessPVP Factions servers is prohibited!

Horizontal Nuking: Horizontal nuking is NOT allowed.

Roof Cannons: Roof cannons are NOT allowed.

Insiding: Inisidng on EndlesaPVP is not allowed! Insiding is where you get invited to a faction and then betray them and steal all their items. This is NOT allowed!

ALT Factions: Making alt factions to claim multiple F Top prizes is against the rules!

One Corner Claim Per World: Factions are now limited to owning one corner per world. You can own a max of three corners if you own one in the main world, end and nether. You are not allowed to own two corners in the same world!

Blocking Spawners: You are not allowed to block your spawners up by surrounding them with blocks to prevent people from raiding you. If you are caught doing so you will be IP-Banned for two weeks.
