First, the S9 Hydro mining machine before use inspection



1 , the new machine signing inspection

     a. When the new machine receives the receipt, check whether the appearance of the package is damaged. If there is any damage, please take a photo first and contact WeChat customer service.

     b. After unpacking, check whether the mining machine casing is deformed, whether the fan and connecting cable are damaged, and whether the cable is damaged. If there is any damage, please take photos first and contact WeChat customer service.

     c. If there are accessories, please check if the accessories are complete.

     d. Check if there is any abnormal noise in the mining machine. If there is abnormal noise, contact WeChat customer service.

     e. Check if the cable is loose and the fan plug is loose. If it is loose, insert it in time.



2 , use precautions

     a. The power supply is recommended to be 20% or more higher than the power consumption of the mining machine.

     b. The router or switch connected to the mining machine cannot use the POE function.

     c. The mining machine can only be connected to the router or switch by wire.

     d. The recommended temperature is 5 to 35 degrees.

     e. It is recommended to use the ambient humidity below 65%.

     f. Pay attention to dustproof and anti-cax, so as not to block the corrosion calculation board or cause the heat of the mining machine to dissipate.

     g, into the back of the mining machine, it is recommended to use Google or Firefox browser.

     h, the power supply interface of the mining machine should be fully filled.

2 , mining machine wiring

    a, computing board connection, S9 Hydro has 4 computing boards a total of 12 6Pin power interface. Requires 12V DC. When you plug in the power cord, you must insert it in place. Generally, the clip can be stuck.

    b. The control board is connected. The control board has a 6Pin power interface and requires 12V DC. When you plug in the power cord, you must insert it in place. Generally, the clip can be stuck.

    c. The network cable is connected. There is a network cable interface in front of the mining machine. Pay attention to the direction when plugging the cable. The crystal head must be inserted into the position. After inserting the position, you will generally hear a “beep” sound.

    d. When inserting the power cable of the operation board and the control board, pay attention to the direction of the buckle, and not reverse the connection, and the reverse will burn the calculation board or the control board.

    e, when the power distribution machine, the line order is no different, as long as it is connected, there is no problem.



3 , the connection of water-cooled components



    a, fan connection, four 4pin ports of the control board and two interfaces separated by 1 minute and 2 lines, connected with 6 fans, the plug must be inserted in place, the fan line order is no different, as long as it is connected, there is no problem. .

    b. The pump is connected. The control board has a black 4pin interface, which is connected to the water pump. The pump must be connected to this black interface.

    c. The connection of water-cooled pipelines, the water-cooled pipes of the mine water-cooled drainage pump are connected in series, and the interface is pressed with a buckle. The figure below shows the recommended connection. Experts can also connect in their own way.




4 , pump water

     a, water quality requirements

          The water-cooled plate inside the mining machine is made of aluminum welded parts, which have been cleaned before leaving the factory, but some products may appear to be turbid after running for a period of time. This phenomenon has no effect on system cooling and long-term operation.




     b. Continue to add water. Since both the mining machine and the heat dissipation row need water, when the mining machine is running, the water in the pump water tank will be reduced. Just add water when starting the operation, and do not let the water level be too low.

     c. The water machine can be tilted left and right during the process of adding water. Helps to vent.



     d, the level of the mining machine, the liquid level standard is as follows, if the liquid level is too low, please replenish in time

2 , into the mining machine

A. Finding the IP of the mining machine After the power supply to the power supply, the mining machine starts to start. After the green light of the mining machine starts to flash, you can find the IP of the mining machine. The IP method of finding the mining machine is as follows:

 3 , modify the mining machine IP

     a. Click “Network” to enter the mine IP setting page and select “Static”.

     b. Enter the IP, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS in the following four boxes.

     c. Then click “Save&Apply” to save. After the page buffer is completed, proceed to the next step.

4 , configure the mine miner

     a. Click on “Miner Configuration” to enter the mine pool and miner configuration page.

     b. Fill in the URL of the mine pool (the ant mine pool is used by default).

     c. Worker is the name of the miner (corresponding to the sub-account in the mining pool, the latter number is the number of the mining machine, together form the name of the miner).

     d, Password does not need to move (fill in at will).

     e. Click “Save&Apply” to save.
