  66. Marrying Kat
  67. What is your greatest regret of your life so far?
  68. Failing to save her
  69. How did you fall into your current line of work/adventures?
  70. The lingering malignant connection to a font of negative energy that resulted from a botched attempt to raise Katlyn conspired with exile to begin the real road to necromancy. After being driven from town after town, the solace and sanctuary given by the Cult of the Evening Glory allowed a real development of discipline and acceptance of 'darker' forces. With their blessing, he would set out in search of the secrets of life and death.

  79. In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)? Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?
  80. Polite reserve. The more others know of Dan, the more open he is, in praise and disdain. The floodgates open towards those who know of his profession, though he keeps his religion and philosophies from all those but the most trusted- or those he is attempting to 'help' into eternal marriage.
  81. Do you tend to argue with people or avoid conflict? Why?
  82. Avoid in public. Attention to the self often brings ire and consequences. The benefit must outweigh the risk.
  83. Among close company, argue, openly and at great length.

  91. Truth of existence is not a matter of belief but of fact, though the authority and moral sovereignty of the divine is a matter of constant scrutiny. A sense of betrayal of the gods of his youth has put distance between Dan and the religions of men and mer. He holds his solace from the Evening Glory close to his heart, and expresses it only to those he thinks would listen; his lingering romanticist inclinations are the object of some internal dissonance.
  92. What are your positive personality traits?

  94. What are your negative personality traits?
  95. Wroth, cynical, conspiratorial, pretentious.

  98. What do you perceive as your greatest weakness? What is ACTUALLY your greatest weakness?
  99. Dan believes his greatest weakness to be his mortal frailty, and having faith in his mind and abilities otherwise, contrives to overcome it. In truth, the arrogance of his empty honor drags him into more trouble and away from more advantage than much else.
