1) Переходим по ссылке https://www.ice.gov/webform/ice-tip-form
2) На вопрос "Are you a Law Enforcement Officer?" отвечаем "No". В "Suspected Violation" выбираем "Other" и пишем "Illegal Immigration"
3) В теле жалобы (Please provide a summary of the criminal activity) копипастим:
"Subject: LOCATION REPORT: Illegal Alien in Removal Proceedings
Suspect: Mikhail Isaev
Date of Birth: 03/21/2000
