[23:39] Chroma Zanders says, "Good news Aspy."
[23:39] Chroma Zanders says, "You're in."
[23:39] Aspen Thalia exclaims, "Oh? Oh!"
[23:39] Chroma Zanders says, "Oath time."
[23:39] Chroma Zanders says, "One second bench-madame."
[23:39] Aspen Thalia asks, "The other Paladins and Sors agreed?"
[23:39] Chroma Zanders says, "Sors did."
[23:39] Aspen grins widely.

[23:39] Chroma Zanders says, "Meaning it's not their concern,"
[23:39] Aspen Thalia asks, "Perfect. The same with Zephixo, yes?"
[23:39] Safiya Milos exclaims, "Adriel, Adriel!"
[23:39] Chroma Zanders says, ". . . . "

[23:40] Aspen chuckles.

[23:40] Chroma Zanders says, "He will need an oath to take, as well."
[23:40] Aspen Thalia says, "Of course."
[23:42] Scooching down onto the ground, Belle sat down on the grass cigar in hand. Bringing it up to her lips for a few puffs.

Every so often, she bellowed out a cloud of smoke through her nostrils.

[23:47] Straightening up his posture a bit, the man, would put out his cigarette, and look dutifully to the Blood Mage with a horrendously infamous past.

He never thought this day would come, or at least that if it had, it would be in Alastor's reign, and she'd be suspiciously rising in ranks..but he swallowed that feeling for this instance.

He hesitated for a bit, as he looked to her, his memory flooding with all the times he'd believed in her and been let down, though, he felt...and hoped, that she'd grown past it all.

Placing a hand on his Paladin badge, he'd tell Aspen something she was probably way to used to hearing at this point in her life. "Kneel, Aspen."

He'd await her to take the familiar position, and then he'd continue along, giving the idealistic, and pragmatic run-down, so that she'd not be able to claim or weasel out of her duties should things go awry.

"Repeat after me, but using your own name, obviously...I Chroma Zanders, hereby swear to uphold the will that is the Light, and teaching of Azrael, as well as swear to respect the chain of Dawn's Legion herein, be it superiors, and the word that is our Lord Adjucator."

He'd look to the woman with the same glowing dutiful glance, and HOPE this didn't blow up one day.

[23:51] Donovan Invidia exclaims, "Bucket!"
[23:51] Gallant says, "..."
[23:52] Donovan Invidia says, "Haven't seen you in forever."
[23:52] Gallant says, "Busy."

[23:52] Gallant stands rigidly still.

[23:57] He nodded his head slowly. Adriel always knew that their lessons were getting her somewhere --he could feel the difference in her power after just a few months together, yet...she was still worrying. He was happy to see that finally she understood that she had progressed, and that their efforts weren't for nothing.

Reaching into his pouch, he'd pull out a sack of coins and hand it to her.
"If you believe that's the smart choice, then fine; I do expect to see some results though."

[23:57] The woman bobbed within the airs of Dawn with every graceful flap of her wings formed of blood. The usual appearance she oft let adorn her features. The blood witch nodded her head with a scowl. To kneel for an oath? The woman didn't recall others of the past having to do such a thing, but for what it meant?

This loyalty to the settlement? To fight for the needs of Dawn and its Azraelite citizens? The woman dips her head forward again, sighing in an aggressive and irritated manner.

The blood accompanying her back shift, and her legs bend upward as she's lowered to the ground, staring upward at Chroma was a clearly pissed off mien. And again, she nods, loosening up that expression into something stoic to begin with, then a faint grin as the oath she must make continues.

The wings of per prowess reform into a pair of bloodied ovals around her back with thin lines drawn towards her back.

"Mmh, I, Aspen Thalia, hereby swear to uphold the will that is the Light, and teaching of.. Azrael, as well as swear to respect the chain of Dawn's Legion herein, be it superiors, and the word that is our Lord Adjudicator." Repeated with little hesitance, the woman awaits for whatever next step is supposed to occur now.
