@1.8.9 Players  `Major updates for UHC's, arena and lobby!`

Fixed a visual glitch that affected all players related to arrow desync when using non vanilla 1.8 clients

`Starting with UHC's:`

- Fixed projectiles health message not aligning with scoreboard
- Fixed Fireless burning items in lava or fire
- Fixed armor not clearing at game start
- Fixed Vein Miner not giving correct xp
- Fixed /msg and /r
- Fixed deathkick and whitelisting not interacting correctly
- Fixed how much xp is taken from the player when using 1.7 enchant system
- Added a new shrink mode: "Vanilla" with per player messaging when near the border
- Added health above players head
- Added craftable string (/craftables for recipe)  that allows for mismatched colors

`Arena Fixes:`

- Fixed infinite water bucket glitch
- Fixed scattering radius
- Fixed block placement glitch that disallowed players to place blocks
- Fixed block cleanup when leaving the arena without dying
- Fixed armor not being removed when arena disabled forcing players back to spawn
- Fixed PvP logging in arena. Now crediting the last player to attack the PvP logger
- Fixed post scatter damage
- Added fishing rods to most arena kits
- Added blocks and MLG water bucket to most kits this also enabled fall damage in those arena modes
               Kits not included on those 2 changes:
                           -  Throwback
                           - Archer

- Changed sword in Archer kit to a wood sword with unbreaking 10
- Added /hotbar to allow a custom order of items when joining arena


`The Lobby:`

- Added /profile
- Added spawn items
- Added new parkour
- Added toggleable music (experimental)
         Known glitch:
                   Spamming the music on and off loops multiple tracks on top of each other, to fix please use F3 + S for 1.8 users and F3 + T for 1.9+ users
