**Kondo's comments: Thors II Training facility built to mimic a fortress. Interior devices and traps have been developed with Schmidt's influence to assist with mission undertakings and to simulate a fortress attack. Characters:

Agate Crosner - 28 years old, uses a heavy blade. An A-Rank Bracer originating from the Liberl Kingdom. Through his actions during the event, he has been promoted to his current rank. He is currently investigating the truth behind the events that caused the Hundred Days War in Liberl 14 years ago. As his referrals to the Erebonia Branch are Sara and Toval, it's only a matter of time before they show.
**Kondo's comments: 4 years have passed since the events of Sora no Kiseki/Trails in the Sky. This will be the first time he's shown up as an A-Rank Bracer with the emotional growth that undergone. He is not part of the Thors II individuals, but instead he is working on one of the great mysteries left behind from Sora no Kiseki/Trails in the Sky. He'll have a surprising form in combat. His relationship with Tita has changed, as has with [her] family. [I think?] And his departure from his home to the empire is likely to change it more.

Tita Russell - 16 years old. There are lots of screenshots with her and Agate together, as well as screens of her with Towa. A girl from the Liberl Kingdom who loves tinkering with machines and is the granddaughter of the orbal genius, Professor Russell. She is under Class IX, the administration class. She cooperated with the Bracer Guild in the 'Liberl Incident' 4 years ago. After hearing of the strange events from Prince Olivert, who was her friend at the time, she has gone against her mother's wishes and enrolled as an exchange student at Thors II. She is studying under Schmidt and working on the tanks and soldats.
**Kondo's comments: She's grown a little, in height, and as ever, loves Agate and tinkering with machines all the same. She provides technical support to the Thors II members. She is networking with engineers outside of Liberl, and afterwards working on the plans for the new weapon, the orbal gear. There are events with Agate and Tita, and the toolbelt and sneakers she's wearing are gifts from her family.

Professor G. Schmidt - 72 years old. The empire's famed genius orbal engineer, and he's one of the 'three pupils,' alongside Professors Russell and Hamilton. He has worked with his 'partner in crime', Gwen Reinford, to satisfy his intellectual curiosity by developing a variety of inventions and has helped drive Erebonia forward in technological advancements. During the Civil War, his plans were called on through the Divine Knight, the Ouroboros machinery, and the soldats, as well as the sword for Ashen Knight Valimar -- all designed to satisfy his curiosity.  He is a special advisor with Thors II, and the new students help speed the R&D process.
**Kondo's comments: He is, without a doubt, Erebonia's greatest mind and as he works on curiousity, it puts his character into question. After the Civil War, George has decided to visit the other orbal makers, starting with Liberl. The Professor's actions during the Civil War were not unnoticed by the government -- as such he has been assigned to work in Thors II while under surveillance. [Note the term they're using here is that he's been 'locked up' with Thors II, ala imprisoned?]

Game System:

//Direct Command - The keys and ○△□× buttons will determine actions. LR keys are assigned to Style Change, Combat Link, and S Break.
//Seamless Battle - Battle begins on the fieldmap, and the area environments will not change.
//Brave Order - All characters can activate an 'order,' that does not use up their turn and affects the party as a whole. In the upper right corner, BP is shown and the order will consume them. Each character's orders are exclusive to that character.
**Kondo's comments: This series was founded on 'symbol encounters' where the game would transfer from the field to a combat map and implementing the direct command function also raises the combat tempo. New components to Combat Links will be detailed in a follow up report. Brave Orders and combat links share and use the pool of BP. Characters will be able to learn multiple orders.

**Kondo's comments: Crafts operate as they have traditionally. But the PS4 has increased the tempo and the production value to them. With the style change, Juna's gunbreakers and change use style. This give additional 'modes' to all of the members of combat.
