  1. Even if there was a leak, let’s say the hose, you would see venting gas anyway, there would also be some slush. That leaves the box which leaks anyway but we call it venting otherwise the box would blow up with pressure, With no slush, 100% bad gas, not liquid CO2 so this is our last reply on this issue

  9. As I’ve already mentioned, the gas is correct. We’ve attempted different cylinders as well. No there isn’t ‘slush’.

  11. Is there any slush at all?

  13. Leak where? Just a box and hose pipe. The gas is not liquid CO2

  15. I’ve tried more than 1 cylinder. I think it’s some sort of leak, or maybe microwave parts inside? I forget the name. Although I really don’t know, which is why I contacting you... not sure why you’re asking me?

  17. If that’s the case, what do you think is failing on the unit?? It’s a box and a hose. I guarantee the gas is bad

  19. It’s not the gas. I’m using a co2 liquid cylinder with an internal siphon. It’s firmly connected with the plastic washer. I know for sure it can’t be my own fault, because it’s the same setup I used when the device was functioning.

  21. It will vent like the liquid co2 but not form ice. Classic

  23. Then it’s obviously the gas

  25. That’s what it looks like. It doesn’t form dry ice, so regardless if it’s a leak or not it’s not working.

  29. The gas is almost certainly not liquid CO2. It has to be regular CO2. Please understand there is nothing that can go wrong with the unit. It’s simply a box and a hose.

  53. Hello,
  54.
  55. This is not supposed to be air tight. It sounds like you have a gas issue. 99% of issues like not being able to make gas, are due to the gas being used. Have you seen our operational video on our website?

  68. So basically I've had it for a little while now. Not too long. We make dry ice here for our youtube channel, and we were actual about to do a review on the portable one we bought. It's honestly really cool. But randomly it's not worked. It leaks during the process, and doesn't form dry ice on the inside anymore. Any chance you can help?
