Why is my subscription canceled?

The recent Executive Order of the US Government. UU. about Venezuela prohibits almost all transactions and services between US companies and entities and individuals in Venezuela. In order to comply with that order, Adobe will deactivate all accounts in Venezuela on October 29, 2019, with the exception of Behance. Customers who bought their products directly with Adobe will receive a refund before the end of the month for any paid and unpaid license period. We are working for our distributors to act in the same way. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to our customers. We will share more details on how our operations and activities could be affected to our customers, as they become available.
How long will the executive order be in effect?

Executive Order 13884 was promulgated without a deadline. The decision to repeal it is at the sole discretion of the US Government. UU. We will carefully follow the course of events and try to restore services in Venezuela as soon as possible when the law permits.

If you purchased your products directly with Adobe, you will receive a refund before the end of the month for any license period paid and not received. We are working for our distributors to act in the same way.
Can I still access Behance?

We can confirm that Behance will continue to be accessible in Venezuela.
When will I lose access to my accounts and Adobe content?

You have until October 28, 2019 to download any content that you have stored in your Adobe account. After that date, your account will be deactivated.

In accordance with Executive Order 13884 , US companies. UU. The ability to conduct business in Venezuela is severely restricted. As a consequence, we are interrupting all activities with entities and individuals of Venezuela, as well as other cases that meet the criteria of Executive Order 13884 or other sanctioning regulations of the United States.
