Description: A tall and muscular man of a rather rigid figure. With short black hair and somewhat thick eyebrows. He also sports a series of black feathers that grow around the chin and cheek area of his face, which act as a unique resemblance to a beard. A pair of black wings grow on his back and can expand into big wings at command.



Most prominent is his mechanical prosthetic arm, having lost a limb in an accident.



When not in costume (Seen rarely) he tends to wear a simply white wife beater shirt and grey pants, alongside black boots. When in hero costume He wears a biker-esque helmet with the shape of a eagle as well as a dark blue armor with a claw-shaped emblem on the front in golden yellow.

Personality: Somewhat stern, yet solemn and fair. He tends to not talk much except when giving advice or teaching. Can come off as somewhat imposing or even scary sometimes, but his heart seems to be in the right place and has a strong sense of justice...

Quirk: Mighty Wings (Mutant) - Flint was born with a pair of black wings that grow on his back. When not activated, they remain relatively small but at his own call, he can make them grow in size. These wings allow him to glide and fly across the sky, but also his feathers can tense up and become rigid as steel; allowing him to use his wings as a shield or his feathers as sharp projectiles.



Info: Flint was an American-born man who heard his call as hero and quickly raised up the hero rankings at a speedy rate, becoming quite famous and popular world-wide. His devotion to justice lead him to join up and work with the Hero Association not just with hero work but also public relations and as support on UA.



On the heap of his popularity and fame, an accident occurred. In the wake of a powerful bout between Heroes and Villains, a building collapsed down and left a huge number of casualties. Flint was caught in the destruction as he tried to save some of the civilians inside. Alas, many didn't make it and Flint and lost his arm in the process alongside the death of his friend and sidekick, Natsu (Also known as Silver Claw).



Having obtained a hi-tech powerful prostethic arm, he now continues to do hero work although at a smaller scale. Still, he is still well known amongst the crowds and he also works as one of the heads of UA.



Other:



- His helmet posses the latest in crimefighting tech. From eagle view scpes and lenses, to maps, data gathering and night vision.

- His mechanical arm as a powerful motor system that allows it to charge and then push forward like a powerful piston ;This allows him to throw an incredible powerful punch.

- He seems to have an adoptive daughter named Reiko, but nobody knows really what lead to that.

- While a well known hero, there may be more about him that meets the eye....

Hair: Dark Blue

Description: A man of green eyes and unkept dark blue hair ending on a think ponytail; He sports a cut on his right cheek and a big area of scared and burn tissue around his right eye. His most prominent feature, like all carriers of his Quirk, are his blue demon horns that grow from his head.



He tends to wear simple clothing when casually, but when on a mission he wears a black armor with a glowing emblem on the center and a long cape. (Akin to This)

Personality: A wicked, malicious and physchotic man. Capable of keeping his composure, but rebeling in his love for pain and destruction. Has a vivid hatred towards Heroes and Quirkless people, having delusions of grandeur as he has a "Might is Right" mentality when  it comes with people with Quirks.

Quirk: Akuma Spark (Emitter) - Saito's quirk is one that has been documented to pass down thought different members of his family's bloodline, called as a legendary quirk by some. When in use, the quirk charges and generates an unique kinetic energy in the person's body, which manifests externally as an electrifying and very versatile red power, codnamed as Spark. This can be used for a variety of uses: From charging object, propulsion, amongst others.



Saito can do all the same things Ryuji can with his Quirk, although he has a bigger grasp on the sheer force of it allows him to be twice as destructive, but also precise with it. At the cost of growing more derange and crazy as he uses more Spark all at once.



Info: A crazed super villain obsessed with the idea of a mighty Quirk ruling over the worthless Quirkless. He had made his mark in many of the Most Wanted lists just by the sheer power and manipulative sway he had. Having armed a big organization of criminals that started to grow across the nasty underground.



A sad tale given his childhood as part of the Kiryu family alongside his older sister Natsumi. Having always grow recentful of her and having grown a hate for his father, feeling he was wasting his Quirk as a hero rather than a villain (Like his Great-grandfather), he grew into a powerful supervillain.



This culminated on a big attack on a popular city where a lot of damage and casualties happened. Amongst the chaos, he personally murdered brave police officer Hideo Matsumoto, Natsumi's Husband, in cold blood. This caused Natsumi to snap and brutally attack Saito and his cronies, greatly injuring many and using her crystalization powers and almsot killing him by pushing crystals into his skull. She was stopped in time and soon had to step down from her position as Hero for a long while, but Saito was taken into custody and then taken to a maximun-security prison, leaving the scar on his eye as a constant reminder of failure.



He still appears to be behind bars, but for how long before the demon is unleashed again...?

- His armor's gauntlets also act as sharp claws.

- He still seems to have some agents still hiding in the underground circles.

- Tends to be a bit of a glutton. His Akuma Spark quirk allowing him to burn calories fast.

Description: A woman of long purple hair and turquoise eyes with a big bust and curvaceous hips, alongside a firm butt. Her body is smooth and nimble and she always tries to keep her figure. Tends to wear skimpy outfits when casually but when in a more combat oriented mission (and not in desguise) she tends to wear a dark purple skinsuit with armor padding alongside long heel boots and a snake headpiece.

Personality: A sultry and playful gal. She always tries to use her wits and good looks to sway things in her favour. However, she can be smart when needed and know when things require a more cold and calculated approach. Likes to be in control and takes to have fun despite her moral standings. However she is prone to anger when insulted or crossed.

Quirk: Pefum (Emitter) - Haruna's Quirk channels a series of chemical substances within her body, which allows her to create and expel chemical fumes from her body. These can range from diferent types of fumes: Poison gases that can stun, make people dizzy or weaken their defenses. Her favorite use however is creating fumes laced with an aphrodisiac component which leave people around her with a crazed state of libido, which allows her to sway or manipulate her targets or to cause a distraction. Her chemically-laced body also allows her to resist the effects of many substances like knockout gases or truth serums.



Info: This conniving female fatale had a rough childhood. She used to be victim of abuse by her parents and other people around her grew to mock her or fear her because of her Quirk. At one point she thought in becoming a Hero to prove the world wrong, and even had a decent start; However, she came to realize nobody took her seriously or refused to promote her due to the qualities and non marketability of her Quirk.



Growing sick of it all, she decided to ditch her old self and started to user her abilities for villainy. Becoming a highly-paid mercenary and saboteur; Her quirk coming handy for espionage and thievery. She has now has started to grow a reputation across the criminal underground.



Other: - Her armor possesses a grappling hook that she uses both to manouver or in combat.

- Tends to have a variety of Aliases and disguises to either roam as a civilian, infiltrate corporations, or just to keep tabs on people.

Info: The big secret about Flint, however, is that he has been acting as a inside man for a Villainous and Vigilante groups for a while now. Acting as an informant, as well as providing tech from sponsoring corporations alongside funds.



While still keeping his heroic justice, Flint has fell prey to his angry and desire for revenge. Turns out the big destruction that collapsed that building in the incident that took his arm was mostly caused by a careless hero who used his quirk at the wrong time. To make things worse, amongst the list of casualties after the incident he was shocked to find not only the name of his sidekick, but the names of Flint's wife and daughter amongst the deceased...



His sorrow and anger only grew more when the Hero Association he worked for pushed him to keep quiet and drop charges on the hero that accidentally caused the collapse; The reckless hero having a lot of influence and money and so they didn't want to ruin their current reputation.



As such, Flint grew disillusioned of the hero system and now hopes for something to really shook up on its foundation; Believing that only then shall real heroes show up and the corrupt will pay for their crimes.



Other:



- From the few people he managed to save that day. He managed to save a young infant Reiko and took her under his wing after finding out ehr parents had died in the accident. He has risen it as his adoptive daughter, trying to cope with the loss of his real daughter Anna ad his wife Melissa.

- Despite working for shady allies, he still tries to keep his honor and detests when civilians are harmed.

Personality: A go-getter and energetic gall, she tends to hate standing around and is always doing something. A brilliant mind and with a slightly fiesty personality, but also very caring for her adoptive father. She can be somewhat cold and resentful at Heroes...



Skills: Tinkering, Research, Mechanics, Hacking

Role: Support

Likes: Machines, Chewing stuff, Novels, Videogames, Programming, her Dad

Dislikes:  Her Dad's co-workers, Ego-filled heroes, Her father suffering, being compared to Annie.



Quirk: Spit-shot (Emitter) - A rather simple and minor Quirk, Reiko can chew on materials that shouldn't be chewable, like steel or stone. Not only that, but if she spit its out, she can shoot it with the precision and speed of a bullet.



She is aware her Quirk is rather silly and as such prefers to focus on her intellectual abilities.



Info: Reiko was just a baby when her family died in the collapse of a building in the middle of a hero vs villain showdown. Unable to save her parents, the hero Grand Hawk found her alive amongst the rubble and eventually took her under his wing as his adoptive daughter, having lost his own daughter in the same incident.



Growing up, she showed she was incredibly smart and capable with mechanics, even helping Flint with his prosthetic arm. As such, she has worked as Grand Hawk's tech-wiz on the low know from others and shares a bit of his resentment towards the hero community, thinking that is corrupted. However, unlike her father, she does also see the good and wonders if maybe her vision are just tainted by what only her dad sees....

- She gradually tinkers and improves Flint's mechanical Arm

- Tends to live reclusive from a lot of people

- She isn't evil or revenge-filled. Perhaps if someone made her see that the world isn't just like how her dad paints it, she may ally with heroes and regain hope...
