[17:46] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) smiles, folding his arms on the desk space in front of him, "Alrighty...." he'd say shuffling through his papers, "We have a lot to do, who is coming first on the docket?"
[17:48] Tom Box (thomm.box) stands up  "your honor, first on the docket is the Civil Case, Thomas Candler vs Bull Hui"
[17:48] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) nods and pulls the specific documents to his view, "Alrighty, if I am correct, this is simply arraignment on the case, correct?"
[17:49] Tom Box (thomm.box) looks in the paperwork "yes your honor, for the charge of Unlawful Detainment"
[17:49] John Кузнецов (cr4nkt00l) looks to his right "What you here for?"
[17:49] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) nods, flipping through the various police reports and interviews, "Please have him take his seat with counsel if he has any present."

[17:50] Tom Box (thomm.box) turns "Mr. Hui, will you and your council please take your respective places"
[17:50] ᴉnɥ Ɩ-ɥn llnq (bull.hui) stands up and nods to Tom as he walks past him before looking towards the judge. "No counsel your honor."
[17:51] John Кузнецов (cr4nkt00l) would be sweating, nervous
[17:51] ᴉnɥ Ɩ-ɥn llnq (bull.hui) takes a seat in one of the chairs

[17:52] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) nods, continuing to read, "That is quite alright Mr. Hui, this is simply an arraignment hearing." he'd pause for a few moments to read over the last of the Police Department's official report before continuing, "Mr. Hui, have you been out on your own for the last couple of days?"
[17:53] Tom Box (thomm.box): Your honor, Mr Hui is a Lieutenant with the Cedar Creek Police Department, therefor, The city is providing council for Mr Hui.  I will be providing council for him at this time
[17:53] ᴉnɥ Ɩ-ɥn llnq (bull.hui) nods as he quickly changes chairs as tom speaks "Yes your honor, I have been." replying as he takes a seat
[17:55] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) nods, looking up over his glasses as they both speak and nods, "In that case, Counselor, how long has your client been an employee of the Cedar Creek Police Department in a role of leadership? And how many employee's does he manage?"
[17:56] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker): ((oohpf, just nod twice like a weirdo Joe...))
[17:57] Tom Box (thomm.box) flips through the info "My client has been employeed with the Cedar Creek Police department for 4 months.  He has been in a leadership position for 3 months.  He has 8 officers under his direct command"
[18:01] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) looks up, "Before I give my arraignment decision, does your client have any remarks he would like to make?"
[18:01] Tom Box (thomm.box) turns and looks at Bull "floor is yours"
[18:03] ᴉnɥ Ɩ-ɥn llnq (bull.hui) stands up nodding to Tom "Yes your honor, I would like to have it put on record that I am a dedicated and well decorated officer with the Cedar Creek Police Department, I have also served honorably as an Officer on the Cedar Creek Fire Department." he would finish nodding before resitting
[18:04] Furby Faulkland: /nodding silently as Bull spoke
[18:06] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker) looks up and nods his head, pondering for a moment, "Well, taking that into account and in light of a completed and clean city investigation, I am recommending to the state that the case be dropped without prejudice, with a recommendation of filing for civil court. This will be held without prejudice in the event that a civil case is filed and goes awry, as I will not tolerate police misconduct; but you seem like a dedicated law enforcement officer and your investigators agree."
[18:07] ᴉnɥ Ɩ-ɥn llnq (bull.hui) nods "Thank you, Your Honor."
[18:09] Joseph Garcia (josephtucker): District Attorney Box, please have the next up appear."
[18:10] ᴉnɥ Ɩ-ɥn llnq (bull.hui) stands and nods shaking Toms hand before returning to his seat
