↳ she was born in korea, on her mother's hometown. she was only raised there for eight months until they moved to belgium because of her father who wants to return to his country. everything went smoothly and she grew up as an average student until one day her parents got divorced. they shared custody and her dad managed to win her brother while her mother won over her. she and her mother moved to antwerp where they lived under poor financial. her mother had several jobs but it's not working so margot secretly asks her brother for some money.

her brother of course agreed and lend her some, he even bought two plane tickets for them to return back to korea. she and her mother decided to rent an apartment in seoul and thankfully their financial problems are slowly decreasing. her mother finally opens up a small cafe and it became succesful.

since margot was still eleven years old at the time and couldn't speak korean, her mother send her back to belgium in which margot lives with her brother who already have his own apartment. margot only stayed there for five years until she felt bad for leaving her mother and decided to go back to korea. but instead, her mother put her into a boarding school in hope that margot is able to learn korean language better that way.
