- You can't waste a moment, if you don't take Touko seriously here, you'll definitely get pulverized by your teacher. You activate your Dragon Reactor Core as you watch the pebbles fly towards you, leaping to the side and out of their path as you start reciting your aria. "I am Truth give-" You find yourself unable to finish the first line of your aria as one of the pebbles start to glow brightly as they float in the air, and you look at it in alarm. The rune in question is... an Isaz rune?!
- "Sorry, Wakame-kun, but... I'm not going to let you use that." Touko says with a smirk on her face. "I'm sure you're aware just what that rune can do. I've... enhanced it with my new abilities, too." She's right, you know what the rune should do, but you can't respond while you're the target of it... or, that's not quite the case. You're not the target of the rune, but instead, what is targeted by the rune of stillness are the vibrations of your own speech, preventing you from using any sort of magical incantations or even wielding Rhongomyniad and releasing the True Name of the spear if you actually had the inclination to do so! This runestone could be called an ultimate magus killing rune, the majority of magi in this world relying on incantations to wield their magecraft in any serious sense. Even non-standard magecraft users like Kiritsugu still had to use incantations to activate Time Alter! When were you planning to teach your student about this, Shishou?!
