Appearance: He wears a black, white and golden samurai robe and when he's actually trying, a uniform that consists of a green robe covering his arms when he's idle with a shirt under it, a pair of blue sunglasses, a green bandana, green beret and green pants with black boots and a belt with a golden symbol on the front of it.

Personality: He's blank, usually just appearing when a fight is happening and either stopping it or finishing it by killing one of the people, he can easily take down 10-20 people with no remorse or soul behind his eyes, similar to Thirteen, inside of battle he's usually pretty calm, and doesn't care if he gets hurt or not.

Powers: One has the same precognitive abilities and other powers from the drug as Thirteen, but since he's had it since childhood it's become stronger and he can see into the future much more efficiently and for longer. His signature attack is a quick slash with his katana, a blur of metal that can cleave through a near-infinite number of enemies. One is apparently a master of iaido, as he can quickly unshealth his sword, strike an enemy, and reshealth it in less than a second, he is immune to clothing and weapons that cannot break, and can pierce through them like nothing, he either dodges most magic or he is immune to it, as he has somehow found a way to get through it with just the drug.
Weapons: He uses a katana during main fights, but when he's trying he uses a laser rifle, pistol, sometimes a knife similar to Nagi's and hand to hand combat.

Description: One has no life history before the project, just like Thirteen. He's killed almost everyone associated with the project and has stocked up on the drug to last him for hundreds of millions of years, somehow..
