25. [legend=#8B4513| Section III - Permit Information |]#FFFFF(3.1) Firearm Permit Type: Class A
26.
27. (3.2) Why do you wish to obtain a Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 200 words):
28. Firstly when I was younger I used to practice in local cadets activity and during those activities I was trained to use specific firearms for during my time so prior to that experience, I believe obtaining a fire will be a boost in my confident and integrity as a civilian. I wish mainly to obtain a Personal Firearm permit in order to get means of protecting myself and also the property I own. Obtaining this object will provide means of security, however, I do know that SACSO is first to be contacted when either myself or any other civilians are in danger but some cases can be very extreme and require immediate attention in order to determine life or death. I know owning a firearm is major responsiblity so I'm prepared to go through any rigorous means to obtain one because of the amount times I've been attacked, robbed and so on by criminals around the county. Providing that I'm able to obtain one will mean that I would be able to feel protected and also be on high alert due to the responsiblity that comes with owning this type of weapon, and I'm willing to neutralize any form of dangerous threats to the lives of any innocent civilians around the County and following that reporting the issue to the SACSO so they perform any investigations which they may require to do.
29. (3.3) How do you plan to use your Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 150 words):
30. I plan on using my firearm as last resort whenever it comes to dangerous situations. There will be some civilians who wish to cause destruction or even simply pose a threat to others lives so gaining a firearm would be used to protect others around me and obviously myself. Even though I'm not a fan of "killing" or "taking" the life of someone else I plan on using this weapon to reassure protection in my house in Palomino Creek to eliminate any possible burglars from stealing any objects from my house and trying to attack me while I'm sleeping during the night and also safeguard the vehicles, and any other possession I may own to prevent from being destroyed from possible threats. Also, I plan on using my Personal Firearm Permit for recreational activities such as going to the ammu-nation practice shooting at the shooting range, participating local shooting events or anything /Legal/ involving shooting in general just a means of having fun.[/legend]

154. [legend=#8B4513| Section V - Scenarios |]#FFFFF(5.1) A girl is running out of a house and says her boyfriend is trying to attack her with a baseball bat. a minute later the boyfriend runs outside with the baseball bat and approach the woman that stands near you in an aggresive manner, what would you do?
155. The first thing I would do is notify SACSO and try to get an deputy to my location as soon as possible. After doing that I would then try to persuade the male to refrain from using the baseball or even swinging towards the female beside me. If he continues to approach us I will continue to tell him to go back inside his house and put the baseball down, however, if he continues and then proceeds to attack either myself or the female next to me I will have no choice but to withdraw my firearm in order to protect both myself and female next to me.
156.
157. (5.2) It is the middle of the day, you walk towards the bank and you noticed a deputy sheriff fighting a suspect on the ground and trying to cuff him, suddenly the suspect reaches for the deputy firearm and unholster it putting the cop in a very close gunpoint, what would you do and how will you act?
158. Firstly I would do is notify SACSO regarding the matter in order to provide the deputy with some form of backup or assistance. Once I've done that I would then proceed to find some form of protection or cover in order to protect myself from being harmed during the situation. If the backup doesn't arrive in time to help the duty I would then proceed to withdraw my firearm providing that the suspect still has an aim on the deputy. If by the chance the deputy was shot by the suspect I would no choice but to then and there neutralize the suspect to prevent the deputy from being killed.
159.
160. (5.3) You are on your way to the city hall to get your paycheck when suddenly a couple of gang members from across the street open fire on each other, there are no civilians in the area at that time, what will you do?
161. Since there are no civilians involved I wouldn't be required to withdraw my firearm but I would get into cover to prevent me from being hit from the crossfire from the shooters near the location. After I'm in cover I would notify the SACSO so that they would get units to the location so they can neutralize the threats.
162.
163. (5.4) It is mid-afternoon and you walk down to your local convenient store to collect your groceries. As you are shopping for your goods, you notice a female walk in with a balaclava on, and a shotgun brandished. You realize that you left your firearm locked away at home. What would you do in this scenario?
164. Firstly since I'm unarmed there isn't much I can do to prevent the suspect from shooting or robbing the local convenient store but I will ensure that I call the SACSO providing that I'm in an area where she isn't able to see me remove my telephone as she may or may not turn her attention to me and possibly even shoot me instead for notifying the Police regarding the matter. Once I've notified the SACSO I will proceed to then remain hidden until help has arrived or depending on the on how close I am to the suspect possibly use some form of an object in the shop to stun or subdue the suspect in a way for the time until the SACSO arrives.
165.
166. (5.5) It is late at night, and you have just finished your shift at work when you decide to walk home due to the pleasant warmth of the night. As you are roaming the streets, a hooded man approaches you with a small firearm and demands your possession, and your firearm that is holstered on your hip. There is a 10 meter distance between you and the robber. What would you do in this scenario?
167. Unfortunately, due to the short distance that we are away from each other, I may no choice subdue myself and give my possession over to the robber to prevent myself from killed or being shot. However, if the robber doesn't steal my phone or he does I would get into contact with the SACSO weapon license unit to have notified about the matter but if push comes to shove and I'm given the advantage over the suspect by any chance I would withdraw my firearm and do as necessary to stop the perp from stealing my belongings and then notify SACSO and the local FD.[/legend]
