  1. [15:05:36] Leaning forward his hand was still tightly holding onto the gauntlet. "It is. . . Isn't it? I can't allow you to hold it though. . . Not even I can wield it at the moment. I was told by Amarok himself. Should even I attempt to put it on, I'll die. . . It requires more pieces." A sluggish shrug of his shoulders. It might be apparent at this point, he needed to speak with other pack members of Saekanis.
  2.
  3. "They are, but. . ." A moments hesitation, before exhaling a sigh. "My mother, your grandmother. Had given us a bad image, the world looks down on us. But I will change that." Suddenly his visage became that of feral nature. Silted hues and a menacing grin. "You and others of the pack will bare witness to my ascension when I bring the lord of Entropy down to the physical realm. I will become his blessed one, so do prepare yourself." A single nod in his direction.
  4.
  5. It was probably a terrible idea to bring a human before the pack of Saekanis, but ennis was blessed in his own right. Growing up eating meat, and even at times. . . He was indeed forced to pray to the lord at the dinner table. All had to, within his presence.
  6.
  7. "No. . . You cannot come help." He retorts soundly, coming to stand off the chair before dropping the gauntlet onto the chest and reaching out to pat up top of the hat his son wore. "You'll live should I not and carry on the Kien legacy alongside your little brother and your sister." A calm demeanor, but even he realized. He might not return alive and should he not. . . They'd have to trudge through a darker world than what he faced.
  8.
  9. "I'm fighting now for you all. . . Our kind, queen and family. What point would there be to it, if you helped?" Seating himself on the chest once more, a smile continued to stay on his pale alabaster visage.
  10. (Ehren Kien)
  11.
  12. [15:19:15] As soon as he got closer, he could feel the dark power emanating from the gauntlet. It was even more powerful than his father’s aura. Flinching, he immediately pushes his hands to his sides. Ennis was extra careful, he didn’t want to accidently touch it. If his father couldn’t wield it, than he certainly couldn’t.
  13.
  14. Upon the mention of his grandmother, he felt sudden surge. A momentary burst of energy was exuded outwards. Though, it was not Ennis’s own. It was much more powerful. As he got closer to the gauntlet, it was as if some.. otherworldly force was trying to shield him from the entropy of Saekanis.
  15.
  16.
  17. Step back, child.
  18.
  19. A voice called to him. It was unfamiliar, one he had never heard before. Though.. he knew he had to listen to it. A ghostly figure flashed in front of him, a phantom appearing as a flickering white energy. Long hair extended downwards, and atop its head was a hat eerily similar to the one he wore on his head. Given his father’s abilities, perhaps he’d be able to sense its presence. It subsided almost as quickly as it had appeared, vanishing.
  20.
  21. Stumbling, he paced back from his father a bit. Something had told him to move away from the gauntlet, and that is what he intended to do. After a moment of awkward silence, he presented his father with a simple nod.
  22.
  23. He hated the thought of him going off to war again, but it was his duty as a father and a soldier. Ennis wasn’t strong enough to join the alpha, he knew that much. The squire would use the time he was granted to become stronger. One day, he’d protect his father too. If Loki came for him, he’d be ready to save his kin, and his friend.
  24. (Ennis Kien)
