  45. [2:44:46 AM] JL_muserwolves: The reason I say "life is better by comparison" is that it's in human nature to complain. You're not going to find anyone who can't complain about SOMETHING in their life.

  48. [2:45:18 AM] Shinymon: If you complain about having just had your dad die infront of you, that's a valid complaint.

  51. [2:45:58 AM] Shinymon: Because having a crappy car is still technically a car. It's something.
  52. [2:47:50 AM] JL_muserwolves: But having somewhere to live at all, and having food at all, is better than absolutely nothing. And having a crappy car isn't having a properly working car, or even a nice car, which is what a lot of people have, especially at the point in life where Manic is.

They also talked about how you were the one that gave them that idea. But if Manic is actually fairly easy to talk to, why would they be thinking that?
